    The falchion Vamp regens 5, takes 19 fire, then shift/attacks 28 +2CA hit for 12 +8-3flurry on Ember
    Ember will use Wizard's Escape. So no damage from this attack. tongue teleport 5SW

    30 hits Ember for 7+3 extra from ring, and pulls both 2
    I assume this was a burst attack. So Ember is likely out of it when she teleports 5SW. So no damage and not next to the FS. Very Happy

    Wendy then 25 v will dominates Ember...
    If Ember is not out of range of Wendy's attack, Ember will use Staff of Defense to add +5 to her will defense. So not dominated Wink

    Sorry; Ashe will use Sudden scales to make that attack miss. Ashe's will becomes a 25 against that attack.

    I just typo'd out the "5=" adding back 15+10 moving Ember. Instead of about to fall from her own Sphere, she now is at 47/50 still and out not next to her Sphere. Nice escape!

    Wendy would have then dominated Aura instead, she 31 hits Ember with her new bow for 12 hits. 35/50 again.

    Another nice counter! adding back 11 hits... 34/58 not bloodied or dominated.

    Wizards Escape and Staff of Defense are both interrupts and you can only use one per turn. Not sure if you're out of range though...

    Ember teleported out of range of the Succubus' dominate, no use of SoD. Good catch though, thanks!

    Angelus drinks a healing potion and regains 10 hits to 24/59 10/13 and is still bloodied.

    The attack on the window is 4+14=18 for 16+5 +8 flurry. You discover it is very high end bullet proof glass, but I think you're Slayer strikes are more powerful than even an AR... Anyone know/guess what stats we should use for this? (need a little help here... I'm guessing the window is probably still broken)

    Alright, 1 vote for stone/iron (2.5), 1 vote stone/adamantine (3.5)... splitting the difference & calling it iron: small 10 hits x3=30 hits. Angelus did 29... :-)

    Telgarth moves to on top of the table to leap off, charging the broadsword Vamp 30 hit. damage 14 +2 bloodied, +1d10=6 +1d6(rerolled 8 times to get above 3!)=4, 26 hits total. This Vamp (& broadsword) is teetering by the thinnest thread from exploding into dust. (Not radiant, right?)

    Of course they can see in the dark, but not magical darkness... 17+2CA=19, still misses Fort by 2. Ember's turn, then baddies...

    Does she have LOS to the vamp next to Telgarth? to the vamp near the door? to the FS?

    Is I see all of these, then:
    minor sustain FS
    move FS east of the vamp near the door
    standard MM the one next to Telgarth for 10 hps (hopefully killing it but not dusting it)
    free say "Telly honey, now would be a good time to grab that sword"

    Darkvision doesn't work in magical darkness. I assume you mean W of the falchion Vamp.

    Ember moves the Flaming Sphere to the falchion Vamp and fires a MM at the broadsword Vamp 'killing' but not dusting it. Assuming Telgarth uses his immediate reaction this turn, '9' doesn't get the sword. (Good thing MM doesn't dust him!)

    baddies turn...

    'dead' vamp moves 6 N & NE. (AoO only matters if you go for decapitation, which might dust him & the sword...) Note: he is regenerating but is still 'dead' so far...

    falchion Vamp regens 5 but takes 20 fire. He is VERY bloodied. Minor action, locks the door (Angelus has a key, but it will slow you down a bit: minor to unlock, minor to open). He then shift/attacks Aura 16 critical miss, then shifts 1 away.

    Wendy as an immediate reaction when the broadsword Vamp was 'killed' teleports adj. to where he was (a ring on her finger glows as she does). Move action flies 2SE of Ember and 31vWill dominates her. (Yay! That Flaming Sphere is obnoxious!)

    'leader Vamp regens 5, moves 2 and 25 v fort hits Aura for 13, healing falchion Vamp 5 (he's still VERY bloodied)

    Mercury 32 near crit hits Ashe for 14 hits, 2ndary attack 17 doesn't dominate him.

    Mayor, almost done with his wine, "Uh oh!... looks like round 4 goes to the Slayers!..."

    Top of the order again...

    Ashe: 20/58 13/13 bloodied, immobilized
    Aura: 18/58 12/12 bloodied
    Angelus: 24/59 11/13 bloodied

    In post 156 Ashe marked the Vamp to his NE which is the vamp that is still 3/4 full and I believe is the leader Vamp. He was at a minus two for the attack on Aura and takes radiant damage from my mark and +2 damage for my holy symbol of the champions code.


    "Aura, can you be a dear and move 2 south? I don't want to burn that pretty face of yours."

    Delay until after Aura.

    Assuming Aura moves.
    Minor: Dragon's Breath on the two vamps to my north
    Standard: Second Wind

    No, cars can't 'shift', so you get an AoO. Actually, so does Telgarth when the 'dead' Vamp fled since it does affect his regen & when he's 'up' again...

    Depends if the mark was from Divine Sanction or Divine Challenge...

    DS = 3+CharMod
    DC = CharMod

    Divine Sanction does not require any action on Ashe's part.
    Divine Challenge requires an Immediate Reaction (hybrid paladin)

    It was Divine Challenge; I have been immobilized so I couldn't use DS. I do have the immediate reaction available so I will deal 6+2 radiant to the leader.

    (6+2 +5 vuln)=13 radiant/2 Mayor's aura= 6 hits. Aura's turn...

    Resolving Telgarth's AoO when broadsword Vamp fled, 23 barely hit for 17 +2 hits (though 'technically' not "bloodied", gave +2 anyway). Looks like he'll be 'dead' for a while yet... (assuming a thrusting or vertical blow & not a decapitating strike, with no radiant or fire)

    Resolving Angelus' AoO on car, 29 hit for 16 damage. Driver's side window is smashed and as he's pulling away you see a man that looks pretty nervous about facing you as the car speeds off...

    Move to 1 SE of 'dead' vamp.

    Minor - grab broadsword

    Minor - Summon Spirit companion 1 W of Ashe

    Action Point: Minor - Healing Spirit on self, Ashe gets 2D6 HP.

    If I successfully grab the broadsword and Telgarth moves adjacent to me before my next turn, free action to drop it for him.

    Note, Because I already used Spirit of the Keeper, any time an ally is adjacent to my spirit companion they do not grant CA.

    Yup, sucks to be the closest Slayer to both dominators... but Ember & her Sphere proved to be a higher priority. Twisted Evil

    Aura moves 3 E + 1NE and '2' doesn't get the sword. She then summons her healing Spirit (E of Ashe, W is 7 away from you) granting herself 14 hits (-1 surge 32/58 11/12) & Ashe 9 hits (29/58 13/13).

    Note: I printed the map before deductin 11 from falchion Vamp N of Ashe. He should show as a lot more bloodied (barely up)

    (worked so well on Ashe, I can't believe I forgot this 2x!!)

    'leader' Vamp takes his immediate interrupt when you try to move, 29 v fort hit, Telgarth is immobilized (save ends). minor & standard actions left...

    Post Script: I was hoping your first move action would be a charge so you only had move/minor left... Twisted Evil oh well. Sad

    Good thing you get 2 rolls, 20, 27 v will, miss/didn't hit by much. 22+5 vuln=27/2 Mayor's aura, 13 hits. 'Leader' Vamp is barely not bloodied still. End of Telgarth's turn '5' still imobilized.

    Blade move & teleports next to Mercury with Inescapable Shadow, 35 crit for 26+3 =4d6=12 +5NS=49 hits! He then APs & Gloom Thief 30 hit for 14 more. (NS onl 1x/round, or do you get again?) 63 (possibly 68) hits on a single target! She's almost bloodied as Blade turns invisible.

    Ember is dominated and summons a burst of flame on Aura & Angelus, but she fought through the domination 14, 18 miss miss & '18' saves v dominate. Oh well, at least she couldn't maintain the Flaming Sphere...

    Baddies turn...

    'dead' broadsword Vamp regens 5 & shifts NW1...

    The teetering falchion Vamp regens 5 & goes for broke & moves to flank Ashe trying to bite his neck 24 miss. (would have been a hit if Aura didn't negate CA for you...)

    Wendy moves 3W +1N and tries a lezzy kiss on Ember, CRAP! 23vAC, 28vwill. Primary attack missed by 1...

    'leader' Vamp is slowed so moves 1 SE, regens 5, recharges his encounter & 18vfort Telgarth, 25 Aura, 20 Ashe, 23 Angelus. fricken min damage 6 on Aura & Angelus & they are pulled 2. He then '2' is still slowed.

    Mercury takes a blind swing 29-5 invis=24 hit Blade for 15 hits. She then teleports 7 S & E, uses her AP to use her encounter (burst 10) 21vwill Blade, 16 Telgarth, 20 Aura, 20 Angelus, 25 Ashe, hitting everyone but Telgarth (& Ember). No damage but pushed 3 sq and are slowed (save ends)...

    Mayor: "Come on now!! Round 5 is just pitiful!..." Evil or Very Mad

    Isn't the Shroud damage maximized as well?
    And yes, the NS damage is every attack. It's a feat.

    When Mercury Hit me I will use my Slayer's Escape to teleport next to the Falchion vampire, and turn invisible again (since I turned visible when Mercury moved away from me.

    Slayer's Escape
    After you are struck, you fold shadows around yourself and disappear.
    Encounter Shadow, Teleportation
    Immediate Reaction Personal
    Trigger: You are hit by an attack
    Effect: You teleport 5 squares, and you become invisible until the start of your next turn.

    Yes, on a critical all dice are maximized (Hunter's Quarry, Sneak Attack, Assassin Shrouds...)

    If Blade teleports as a reaction to the attack, would his teleport kick in before Mercury's flurry?

    AC27, Fort22, Ref23, Will22 and +2 to all saves

    +2 to Ac while bloodied
    +2 to other defenses from Raven Cloak +2
