The Wanderer's Guide app just got upgraded, so when you first sign in to https://wanderersguide.app/ none of your Characters will show up.
To see all of your stuff go to: https://legacy.wanderersguide.app/
They are not migrating everything to the new site as it doesn't have all of the books included yet.
So in the meantime, just to be safe you might want to export a backup file of each of your characters.
To do that
1. go to the Character Screen
2. for each character select Options
3. select Export
4. it will save to where your downloads go
