Buffy the Vampire Slayer, season 4

I enjoyed it, but I didn't think it was as good as the first 3 seasons. Cordelia & Angel aren't there (since they spun off into their own show) and I think even as tertiary characters they still added something that this season was missing. But like I said, I did enjoy it still.

One note: I don't know how you get around it, since it's about a bunch of friends during their Freshman year of college, but there were a LOT of bedroom scenes. Maybe more episodes than not had at least one member of the "Scooby gang" in bed, and probably all the episodes made some sexual references. In fact, a couple episodes' entire plots centered around bedroom activities. Anyway, fyi since I know you watch these with Kobe and with this season, you might have some explaining to do...

...yeah, even at Season 3, I could tell the series was starting to die out. Season 2 was the strongest season so far. Season 3 is still good, but the series seems to be grasping for direction sometimes.

Thanks for the heads up, yeah Kobe and I watch the sequences with good martial arts and we entertain ourselves by thinking of better combinations the heroes could have use. (e.g. "No Daddy! Not Round Kick, Front Kick, you're going the wrong way! You have to do Round Kick then outside inside Cresent; jumping would be even better!)

Brad, I'm on the last couple episodes of Season 3. Please put the Season 4 discs in your D&D bag in case you get knocked out in the first round.

...okay, Brad, I finished Season 3 and will start on Season 4. I ordered Season 5 on-line and it shipped on Wednesday from Irvine, CA.

I liked season 5. Much better than 4... now someone needs to get the final season! :-)

Can't speak to the whole season yet, but the season premier of season 6 was a 2-parter, and I usually don't like 2-parters, but it had a story twist that I loved!

Brad, I finally finished Season 4 and didn't like the last episode at all. Thought the whole Adam line was a little weak. I'm about halfway through Season 5 and it is much better. Just saw where Spike has a crush on Buffy and Dawn knows she's the key.

Season 4 was the worst of the 7.

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, okay, in just the few days that I was sick, I watched all the rest of season four, ALL of season five, and the first couple of season six.

Yep, season five rocked. It was by far the best so far.
