    Telgarth moves near the bottom of the stairs and has the first Vamp kill of the day... 16+9=25 hit for 13 hps, and Telgarth's longsword cleanly slices off the head of the Vamp dealer and explodes into dust.

    Ashe's turn, then some baddies, then Blade at the top of the order...

    Telgarth, remember to update your PC (with 7th or 8th level wishlist items) on the PP&T thread so I can plant upcoming treasure and Ken can have max time to update player tokens. Telgarth (& the 'sleeping guy') is the only one who hasn't posted...

    Ashe will move inside and charge the closest vamp with the sunblade.

    Move: Move inside to a suitable charge position

    Ashe moves in past Telgarth and charges the waitress to the S... 7+9+2+1=19, barely missed.

    2 waitresses from the SW do move/moves N towards Ashe.

    The serving girl that was sent to escort Blade to the back room looks at the other Slayers charging in and after a pause says under her breath sort of to Blade, "I hope these guys can win..." and shifts SW then shifts W and wears her Vamp face threatening the girl she's now flanking with Blade.

    Top of the order, Blade '18' must use unlock, then baddies then Ember...

    That just puts one Shroud up right? Let me know if you're still throwing up 2/time since it'll make a difference... Leaping Blade 2+9+2 flanking=13 miss.

    A serving girl looks confused, then Ember '20' (wasted a critical) but must use new unlock, then a bunch of baddies...

    Unlock update: (let me know if I have everything right...)

    Angel: everything unlocked

    Ashe: Divine Challenge, Blazing Starfall, Virtuous Strike left to unlock

    Blade: 2nd wind, Executioner's Noose, Shadow Step left

    Ember: (I'm assuming 2nd wind unlocked this turn), prestiditation, mage hand left (just the 2 cantrips?)

    Telgarth: Avenging Shackles, AP left

    ...rituals don't need to be unlocked, but are only available as a freebee after everything else is unlocked. Anyway, I think that's right. Let me know if I missed something and/or if I have yours right. Thanks!

    FYI: I can only throw 2 Shrouds on the original dealer, who is down, right? I only threw one shroud this round, but didn't expend it.

    No, he is absolutely NOT down. You and Ember BLOODIED him last round, but after his turn he wasn't bloodied anymore as his wounds rapidly healed. He is doing his best to sire Ember and has her in some trouble...

    Ember seems to be questioning the wisdom of teasing and picking on the boss, and shifts N and 2nd winds, gaining 7 hits and +2 defenses.

    A serving girl to the S move/moves N, the girl flanked by Blade the the traitor girl 1+11=12 missed, the dealer to the S just stands there, and another girls moves N then charges Ashe and 10+11+1=22 hit for 5 necrotic +7 flurry. Ashe is down 12 hits.

    I hear you... it'll really mess up Ember too since her remaining unlocks are cantrips that take standard actions to use. Instead of attacking the enemy, it may start raining inside... Shocked

    Note: Telgarth will probably have to move/charge to reach the boss.

    Telgarth only has to be within 5 to use Seeking Brand.

    The boss's actions might change my order but I don't think so.

    Unlock Blazing Starfall

    Move: Shift 1NW
    Standard: Blazing Starfall on the boss and the other vamp near him (AoE Burst 1 within 10 - Radiant damage)
    Minor: Dragon Breath (fire) from my SE corner getting the 4 vamps to my SE.

    Dang! Both of you have ranged radiant spells? That could be bad for the boss... all these gallant men helping the lone damsel in distress. Smile

    Dragonborn breath is 3x3 triangle? I think you can only get 3/4 of the minions, but I don't have my books in front of me so not sure.

    If it helps mine is an at-will while his is an encounter.

    I believe it is a 3X3, looked like that 4th guy was just in but I can't see the lines, 3 works though.

    Ouch! Angel moves and charges in... 20+5+1=26 critical, 13 damage + 8 flurry. The boss is bloodied once again.

    Serving girl S of Ember just stands there, the one S of Ashe 9+11=20... miss? Dang you have a high AC! Boss attacks Ember and 5+13=18, miss because of 2nd wind. He then shifts N 1.

    Assuming Telgarth round is as posted...

    Telgarth moves and summons 'Seeking Brand' and 16+6=22 v will hit for 16 hps (but you think you might have actually done more...)

    Upon taking massive radiant damage, the boss yells to the SE, "JOOOEEE!!! Get out here! More Toknosfar with sun magic... They may even actually be the Profesized Ones!!"

    Let me know if this is still your actions... 'Blazing Starfall' says each 'creature' in burst, not 'enemy' so you'd get 2 PCs & the boss & minion.

    That's what I thought... another crit for the PCs and as the boss combusts into dust, he looks at Ember and says, "In just 1 century we could have ruled the High Council together..."

    Ashe also breathes fire and 19, 7, 21 v Ref, and 2 serving girls explode into dust.

    How in the heck did Ember survive that round??!

    One serving girl does nothing, the traitor girl attacks the one she's flanking with Blade and 10+11+2=23 hit for 5 necrotic +7 flurry giving her a fatal wound, but doesn't dust her. As she "dies", she yells, "Selena you bitch! You know you're dust before the dawn!"

    Top of the order Blade '10' must use new unlock, then possibly baddies, then Ember '18' must cast a cantrip. Very Happy

    Ember moves, casts Mage Hand (I thought those were standards...), then casts 'Scorching Burst' on the 'dead' Vampiress and the one that's been helping you...

    17+6=23 hit & dusted the dead Vampiress, 8+6=14 miss the one that was helping you.

    I think you are wrong on this.

    cast Scorching Burst between the two vamps SE of Blade
    Not SW of Blade

    From post 105 the only vamp flanking with Blade is to the SW
    The serving girl that was sent to escort Blade to the back room looks at the other Slayers charging in and after a pause says under her breath sort of to Blade, "I hope these guys can win..." and shifts SW then shifts W and wears her Vamp face threatening the girl she's now flanking with Blade.

    the 2nd one moved to attack Blade. There is nowhere a burst 1 could have hit 2 Vamps SE of Blade. Since it was the first roll that hit, I'll put the 'dead' Vamp back, assume you didn't attack the traitor Vamp, and say you targeted a single minion and dusted her.

    I'll post a new revised map & Angels actions after lunch...

    That Oath is pretty cool...

    Telgarth Oath's the serving girl fighting Ashe and moves EES and 4+9=13, miss, 14+9=23 hit and slices the head clean off her as she explodes into dust.

    Ashe's turn and must use an unlock (so can't 2nd wind unless you AP or have a minor action power to unlock...)

    In post 187 of https://nwgamers.forumotion.com/t764p180-giles-training-session I unlocked my mark so I need to unlock my virtuous strike. It looks like there is a vamp next to me so I will use VS on that one (Unless it is Selena). If it connects and dusts her I will move W, W , W, NW, NW.

    You are correct.

    Ashe moves and attacks with VS and 3+9+2-2 cover from pillar=12 miss.

    The 'dead' Vamp does nothing. Selena, the traitor Vamp, moves and attacks the same one Ashe did and 3+11=14 miss.

    The party then sees the doors to the E open and 2 more male Vamps come out. The one to the N has his shirt unbuttoned and hair, clothes ruffled, the one to the S is shirtless and very sweaty. They are both wearing Vamp faces...

    Blade's turn '11', then Ember '20' both must use new unlocks, then baddies...

    You can also change the color of the halo around the NPC.

    Right click on the NPC, select halo then the color you want.

    Whoops, you're right. On both counts, 12 & 16 both miss, but could make the difference for Blade... I'll move the token.

    Actually I think I have everything unlocked. I did Blazing Starfall earlier (Range 10 area burst 1 radiant damage) and then Virtuous Strike as my last unlock. I had unlocked Divine Challenge in the last encounter.
