    AoO: Scimitar 27 vs Ac hits for 10hp of psychic damage. Sonya is marked and will take damage if she attacks someone else.

    Brash Assault on the yellow humanoid. (Sonya takes 5hp of psychic damage)
    Sonya is currently at 30/61hp

    Brash Assault 26-2 vs Ac hits for 17hp. The yellow humanoid falls.

    At the start of Kaddim's turn he takes 5hp of psychic damage. Kaddim stands, at the end of his turn he rolls 10 and is no longer dazed.

    Bowmen turn...

    The blue humanoid points at Sonya

    East bowman recharges Arrowstorm and he targets Sonya and Miri (it's a burst 1)

    Arrowstorm 31 vs Will-2 hits Miri for 15hp of psychic damage. Miri is dazed save ends. (she's now has two dazed affects on her).

    Arrowstorm 22 vs Will-2 hits Sonya for 15hp of psychic damage. Sonya is dazed save ends.


    The West bowman shoots at Sonya.

    Damn they can use those Dazing attacks every round it looks like. Either that or they are getting good recharge rolls.

    On my next turn it looks like I'll probably have to use second wind to get my defenses even higher, get some hits back and inspiring word myself too.

    They all have a recharge with daze affects... This is the first time an archer recharged.

    He rolled 22, but Sonya is in the blue humanoids aura and is at -2 to Will defense. So you'll need 3 to avoid getting hit.

    The bowman to the east is the one that used the daze power and Thia doen't have line of sight to that one. The only attack you could counter is the bowman to the west. He rolled a 28 vs Ac and hit for 9hp of damage.

    Did you want to try to disrupt that attack?

    Standard action: cast 'Stinking Cloud' centered 3 squares due E of Kaddim.

    move/minor actions: none because of dazes.

    End of turn: roll 11+ 2 times so I'm not dazed anymore. ;-)

    Crap! I can't find it either, but I thought I switch the 5th & 6th powers. Oh well. Since neither of us can find it, Bigby's Icy Grasp on the blue and make my 2 saves. done.

    Sorry, I must have forgotten to add temp hp to Miri. I did add them to Quinn and Kaddim though.

    Miri uses Bigby on the blue humanoid.
    Bigby's 33 vs Ref (critical) for 23+9hp. The blue humanoid falls.

    On second thought... I must have added the temp hit points. The blue humanoid has a damaging aura and Miri is in the area. At the start of your turn you take 5hp and -2 penalty to Will defense.

    Thia uses an Immediate Interrupt:
    Disruptive Strike 22 vs Ac hits for 18hp of damage. The attack on Sonya has a -8 penalty.

    The attack on Sonya is now 30-8 vs Ac-2 = 22 vs Ac of 23 miss.

    Sonya remains at 6/61hp. Since Sonya did not fall, the red humanoid would have moved adjacent to Miri and Sonya.

    I don't have any way to give you HP back but I can slow the Red guy at least until the end of my next turn.

    I will HQ and then Hunters Bear Trap the Red humanoid and use Elven accuracy if I miss. Even if I miss twice he is still slowed until the end of my next turn.

    Sonya, move away from the red guy so Candelos charges him! Can you second wind?

    ...since I'm dazed, the best I could do would be to move 1 square away, but then I'll drop next turn at -4.
    I can second wind, but then I'll still be next to the guy, but I'll be at 16 hits instead of one hit.

    I have no ways to slide or push that I know of. I can slow him but if you can't get away from him anyways it might be useless to do that. I can try to do as much damage as possible and throw in an AP biting volley (I think I have that left).

    ...go for it, dish out as much damage as you can. After you've used your action point to shoot (and gained back 9 hits) and then used your regular turn, you might even consider moving next to the red monster to get into a position to provide flanking for Kaddim or Quinn. You can always use your move action to shift away before shooting next turn...you also provide a second target other than Sonya who will have + 2 to all defenses next turn.

    There is also a biting volley from an action point and Thia should get back the 5 HP she is down.

    Is that portrait of the mindstrike after taking 22 damage?

    Dazed - so only one action - Standard Action - use Second Wind to both regain hits and boost all defences by + 2.

    Attempt save at the end of my turn.
    If I miss, I'll use my circlet to try the save again.
    Done.

    Yes the map above is after the 22hp of damage...

    The 5hp is from the aura from a turn or two ago.

    No I wasn't worried about the 5 HP, I was more worried by the fact that his health bar didn't drop significantly.

    I think we might need to focus on the bowmen before the red guy, stop him from giving them free shots.

    Re: ongoing aura. Typically if more than a round goes by & you forget, it was off for some reason. You don't go back 2 rounds and add damage. If we were aware of the 'stealth damage', it might have changed our actions.

    I don't believe I went back and added.

    I thought Chis was wondering why Thia was down 5hp. I went back through the posts and saw that he was in the aura and was just showing where the damage took place and subtracted from his char.

    Oh, when Candelos barely hit Kaddim was the + 1 from Sonya's Bastion of defense counted. I think I asked before, but what's the best way to keep track of having + 1 to all defenses until the end of the encounter for Quinn, Miri, and Kaddim ?

    Can't speak for everyone else, but Miri has been watching out for that. She hasn't had any close hits at all, or she would have used her immediate interupts to avoid them.

    There's really not a "good" way of handling temp Ac or other bonuses.

    The only thing I can think of at the moment is to assign each PC a color, then put a colored icon (like curse) on the token to help remind me that a PC has a status affect from another PC.

    The bookshelves are 10' high.

    Quinn would need a reach weapon or a ranged weapon to attack the archers from the ground.
