4E Rule: Using daily powers from magic items

Just wanted to remind people of this rule.
You can only use 1 magic item daily power per tier/day, getting one back during a milestone. But you still can’t use a magic items who’s daily power you have used that day already.

P. 226:
Daily: A magic item’s daily power can be used once per day and is renewed when its user takes an extended rest. As with daily powers provided by your class, there is a limit to the number of magic item daily powers you can use on any given day.

This limit depends on your level.

At 1st–10th level, you can use one magic item daily power per day.
At 11th–20th level, you can use two magic item daily powers per day.
At 21st–30th level, you can use three magic item daily powers per day.
Each use of a magic item daily power must come from a different magic item.

At 11th level, for example, you can use the daily powers provided by two different magic items, but you can’t use two different daily powers from the same magic item.

Each time you reach a milestone (see page 259), you gain one additional use of a magic item daily power.

This benefit can be used to activate any magic item daily power that you have not already used this day (even if you’ve already used a different daily power from that magic item).

After you take an extended rest, all of your magic item daily powers are renewed, and you start fresh with regard to the number of magic item daily powers you can use per day.

I'm pretty sure there was errata to remove that restriction.

Continuing to use 4th edition is a bad idea (IMHO...).

The Character Builder is only partly functional and doesn't work for any of my PCs.
Getting correct rules (and all errata) is difficult to get.

I actually like 4E a lot better than 5E, but without proper tools it doesn't have much of a future.

It mentions that when the Essentials book was release, magic item daily use limitations were removed.

Still searching for the actual errata...

I've always known the limitation on daily magic item use was there and elected to enforce it in cases where it was (more) obvious... e.g. having more than one set of dice of auspicious fortune, buying four weapons of luck that are identical so you can use the re-roll power each battle, etc.
