Based on what the party is carrying (see the post above), I suggest that we sell the following six magic items: Magic Battle Axe Giant Slayer, Short Sword of Life Stealing, Vicious Rapier, Rapier +1, Javelin + 1, Morning Star + 2.  I further suggest that the proceeds (assuming gold) be split with Chris, Mick, Ken and Tena each receiving a double share (15%) and Stuart, Art, Arthur and Steven each receiving a normal share (7.5%) as the four former PCs have received the fewest magic items and the later have received the most useful items.  The remaining 10% will go into the "group" treasure to be kept in the Bag of Holding as a reserve to perhaps be used to purchase an item that might be useful to the entire group or some other emergency.  If this is agreeable, then Ross can inform us what we are able to sell the items for and the proceeds can be divided and added to the gold already listed under each person.

Then everyone can proceed to purchase whatever items the DM makes available in the store.

If it helps, when we're at the place where we're selling the items, I can use my real life negotiating skills in an attempt to maximize our take.  Post below if you're okay with the above or if you have other ideas...

Oh, and Art, if you're agreeable, I'd like to trade you the Drider bow for the +1 Magic bow you're carrying just in case I ever need a magic ranged weapon... I'll pay you 100 GP to make the trade.

Also, if we could sell the: Non-magic Plate Armor, the bug bear morning stars, the normal battle axe, the bug bear armor and the three shields, and the key from the Butcher I say we see what we can get for that stuff.

A few things:
1. I drank the cold resist potion in the ice and snow zone with the wolves.
2. I am fine with selling the Gloves of swimming and climbing unless someone else wants them. As a soon to be level 9 monk I will be able to run along vertical surfaces and liquids.
3. I would like to trade up and use the +2 morning star and sell the +1 longsword I am currently using instead unless someone wants the +1 Longsword.
4. We have some sort of Modified gem of seeing from the tomb that is at 7/10 charges.

@Arthur, okay, deleted the cold resist potion.  
If anyone wants to donate 400 GP to the group kitty, which is 20% of the normal 2,000 GP price, you can claim them rather than the Gloves of Swimming and Climbing going into Craig's List pile.  Speak up now...
I think the group will be totally okay w you adding the +1 Long Sword to the Craig's List pile and you upgrading to the + 2 Morning Star.  
@All, let me know if you'd like to donate 200 GP to the group kitty, which is 20% of the normal 1,000 GP price and you can claim the + 1 Long Sword as your own.
Oh, that's right, we do have that Gem.  I've added it to our list of items.  I think we should probably keep that.
@All, I can't think of a good reason to keep the Demi-Lich Keys, especially if we can get good cash for them. If anyone has a strong objection to selling them, post here.

I don't think it matters that much but the Mariners armor I'm wearing is just magical, not +1. Grants a swim speed and tries to save you if you are underwater at 0 HP by bringing you to the surface.

I'm fine with selling and having you negotiate.

Sold the following for sure: Giant Slayer Battle Axe, Mariner's Armor, Short Sword of Life Stealing, Vicious Rapier, + 1 Rapier, + 1 Javelin, Battle Axe, 3x Morning Stars, 3x Hide Armor, 3x Shields, Plate Armor. Also selling +1 Longsword and Gloves of Swimming and Climbing unless someone wishes to buy them at a discounted price.

Assuming we sell all of that we get: 7,000+1,500+1,000+2,000+1,000+350+1,000+1,000+55+30+30+1,500 = 16,465 GP (full book)
Sell price is 50% so we net 16,465 x .50 = 8,232 GP, adding Stuart's 15% negotiating bonus (per Ross) yields + 2,470 GP for a grand total of 10,702

Chris, Mick, Ken and Tena each receive a bit more than 15% or 1,750 GP to add to their totals in the updated Loot Sheet.

Art, Arthur, Steven and Stuart each receive 750 GP to add to their totals and the remaining 702 goes into the group fund.

Still seeing if we get anything for the three keys we can't really use.

Using my negotiating skills, I was able to sell the Demi-Lich keys and annotated map to a group of adventures who paid 130,000 GP in cash. I have distributed the take to all party members above. 20k each to Mick, Chris, Ken and Tena, and 10K each to Art, Arthur, Stu and Steven and 10K into the group reserve.

With my new found wealth, I'd like to purchase;
Moonstone, Potion of Greater Healing, Potion of Superior Healing, Goggles of Night.
These items are no longer available.  If someone else wants the Goggles of Night, let me know, I'm not dead set on them but I thought they could be useful and I didn't see anything (pun intended) better to spend my cash on.

After all party members have had a chance to purchase items, I suggest the party fund purchase either (a) the remaining healing potions of all types as well as the Mordenkainen's Faithful Hound scroll, and maybe the Silence scroll OR (b) the Resurrection Scroll. Note, we have two scrolls of Raise Dead so I'm not sure how much we really need the Resurrection Scroll. The only things Resurrection does better is that the deceased can be dead longer than ten days and Resurrection replaces missing body parts.

Would you also be willing to negotiate on my behalf with the magic item crafter? I would like to get both of my 45s enchanted to be +1.

@ Ross, depending on how much it costs to get a pistol enchanted to + 1, I may get my Springfield EMP and SIG Scout upgraded and then return the + 1 Longbow to Art. I would also give Art all of my remaining Drow Sleep Arrows.

I'd like to ask the Magic Item crafter in the town what the cost to enchant my pistol (Sig P229) to +2.
If it's within my budget, I'll pay him 15% extra to expedite my order.

Is there only one pair of Googles of Night?

I will also ask if he can craft a pair of Bracers of Archery? Ask what the cost? And will 15% extra to expedite my order work?

Not a lot of useable items on the list.
But hey I have 10+1 and 2 +3 Magic Bullets.

They can easily enchant your bullets, but it's expensive in this city.
+1 for 100gp/bullet
+2 for 300gp/bullet
+3 for 500gp/bullet
Note: you have to supply the bullets to enchant as they cannot make those.

You can have your guns enchanted, but the cost is 8,000gp to upgrade to +1 as they are very rare/exotic items. +2 would be 20k and +3 is 45k.

I will have them start work on the +2 enchantment on my pistol.
I figure 67 +2 bullets won't, better to get the +2 on the pistol.

@Mick, yes, I think there is only one Google of Night. Are you still interested?
@Ross, I doubt the mage can improve my already magic Studded Leather Armor of Poison Resistance +0, but what would the cost be to enchant a normal Studded Leather Armor to +1?
If that can be had at a reasonable cost, I may forego the Googles of Night to increase my AC from 16 to 17 and get my pistol upgraded to +1. I'm assuming same price as Mickey rec'd above.

No, after the +2 enchantment on my pistol, won't have a lot left.
You can buy the Googles of Night. You are up front anyways.

I'll do the +1 on both weapons and buy the ring of warmth and sovereign glue for 16000 + 2000 + 800 = 18200. That should leave me with 6050.

If anyone is short a bit of gold or if we want to clear them out of useful lower level scrolls let me know and I can put some money towards that.

15,000gps. That includes a rush fee, as does the gun enchantments.

How long is the down time? Enough time for me to craft an item or two?

There is only one crafter in the town. If it's not a modern item feel free to ask for it as I can have a dealer go search for it. It might be expensive though.

My PC is a Wizard and can craft items using spells he knows.
He can also assist a crafter in town to reduce the time it takes them to create things.

I'll definitely offer my services to the crafter in town. It'll make his job a bit easier and he may be able to help me as well...

Items I'd like to craft are:
* Wand of Meteors (3rd lvl spell Melf's Minute Meteors) same cost as a Wand of Fireballs 5,000gp.
* Wand of Magic Missiles (cost to craft is 500gp)

I will get my rifle upgraded to +1.

My recommendation for scrolls would be as follows:
I don't think buying Resurrection is cost effective at this time because as long as we pay attention we have a decent number of rez options as is.
Silence could be useful.
Don't need faithful hound scroll because we have onyx dog figurine.
Scroll of cure wounds would not be bad for an extra heal.
Scroll of Polymorph would be decent to acquire as it can be very strong CC or additional hit points on an ally.
