    Yes, even when using a two handed ranged weapon, in 4.0 you still threaten (I guess you're kicking) but do damage only with an unarmed strike. Even if you're unarmed you still threaten squares.

    Do you have a page number? The only thing I see is that you need to be able to make a melee basic attack and you can't if your hands are full. Also I don't see any rules for kicking.

    Note: I put a yellow halo around the robed figures that made extra attacks.

    They're all wearing the same type of robes and it is hard to distinguish the robed figures apart. Once they start moving around you think it will be hard to keep track of them until they attack again...

    Those not adjacent to the "halo'd" robed figures don't know they're special unless someone tells them.

    I went ahead an rolled an AoO for Thia

    AoO 12+4(lvl) =16 vs Ac miss If you get +2 profiency, then you'd have an 18 which is still a miss.

    This is risky but I don't really like being surrounded and we need to take them out as fast as possible I think.

    Thia will twin strike two of the non fast robed guys next to her and she has prime shot so she is at a +1. She has defensive mobility so they should be at a -2 on their opportunity attacks.

    Save for dazed at the end of her turn.

    Minor Action: Inspiring Word on Kaddim
    Standard Action: Lion's Roar on the enemy to the NE (yes, he has cover) and use the resulting Healing Surge on myself.
    Pretty sure I'm out of Action Points for now...

    ....shucks, should have used saving inspiration on Kaddim to get him undazed. Oh well, maybe he'll take some damage and I'll have to heal him again.

    Sorry, you can't.

    You can't use Immediate actions while dazed. You could have used it on the caster's attack, but he rolled a 27 vs your fort of 18.

    Found the lost robed figure. I mistakenly deleted him on Thia's last attack. I've placed him NW of the caster. This is the one that attacked Thia.

    The robed figure south of the caster throws at Candelos.
    Dagger #1 33+2 vs Ac (critical) hit for 19hp of damage.
    Dagger #2 19+2 vs Ac miss

    Candelos is now at 39/78hp with 11/14 surges. Candelos is currently dazed (save ends).

    Promise of Storm only lasts for one turn. You used it turn before last. Last turn you charged a robed figure https://nwgamers.forumotion.com/online-role-play-gaming-f14/level-2-south-t592-75.htm#8299.

    Did you still want to use Lightning Strider?

    Also, Kaddim is still dazed and can only take one action.
