    Looking at the roll break down it was 19+5+7
    19 -> 1d8 ( 8 ) + 2 (armband) + 6 (int) + 1 (feat) +2 (sword)
    5 -> 2d6
    7 -> 1d8 (promise of storm)

    It looks like you got a 5 on the 2d6 critical, how'd you come up with two 1's?

    Shouldn't the Promise of Storm be an 8 since it's a rolled damage like a sneak attack?

    Can Thia use disruptive strike on the ray since she can't see the target?

    +13 attack, 1D12 + 10.

    Her previous action of Twin Strike stands if she can target the body.

    move action: move N 2 squares to see the room

    standard action: since I can't see her, ready action to cast Magic Missle on V when I can see her

    You could make an active perception check as a minor action...

    Thia delays until someone can point out where Vyrellis is.

    If Candelos relays that Vyrellis moved, then Thia won't know where she is. Otherwise Thia may take a shot that will auto miss.

    Yeah my turn was assuming that Candelos relayed the information or at least a synopsis.

    I didn't know that perception checks were a minor action so I will do that then if I don't see her I will delay.

    Thia uses a minor action to attempt to detect Vyrellis, 12+16 =28 failure.

    Thia doesn't know where Vyrellis is and will delay.

    ...if you are able to use the power, which ally gets to use the healing surge? I guess to have to wait to see where you move to in order to see which allies are within the five square range.

    Correct, Sonya isn't prone. You don't have a straight path, but could move then charge.
