    Nice, thoughtbow, statue and Karavakos left. I think it is time to get out of the room with the statue though, just have to watch bunching up for the wizard and thoughtbow with their AOEs.

    Thia shifts 1W and uses Two Fanged Strike.

    I got an email back from WotC on the Teleportation/Movement question.

    Answer:
    Yes. Teleportation counts as a kind of movement.

    I really disagree with their response and it doesn't look like they put much thought into it at all.

    Anyways...
    I rolled the damage Karvakos would have taken and applied it to him. Movement while affected by Booming Blade is 3(Con)+2+2(PromisOfStorm)

    Ahh, but I think the wizard goes right after Quinn, and if Quinn uses his last daily, he could inflict some cool affects on the Wizard. If Quinn misses and doesn't mark the Wizard, I'm sure the wizard will move.

    The statue should be pulsing in a burst 4 this round and a burst 5 the next. Once Karavakos is down, Thia might need to start trying to disarm that or it might be a magical trap so someone like Miri or Kaddim has to disable it.

    The PCs on the boundries would know that the statue pulsed (burst 3) for the last two rounds...

    Really? Damn, I think I just moved into burst 3 range based on my assumption that it would be burst 4 this next round. Doh!

    Otherwise I would have used the bracers of archery to ignore the cover and stayed out of the damage.

    Standard Action: Use Lasting Threat + 15 vs AC (reliable) for 3d10+10 and auto marks him.
    Minor Action: If Lasting Threat missed, use minor action to mark the Wizard.

    Sorry, forgot about that (Quinn spent most of the encounter dazed and unable to use this stance).

    Karavakos takes 10hp of damage from Rain of Steel (1d10+2, I'm pretty sure the enhancement bonus still applies).

    One other thing...
    Miri notices a finely engraved key on a chain around Karavakos' neck.

    Karavakos looks to be about 1/3 of his hits before the RoS hits for 10. Is that still about right?

    No. Teleporting specifically prevents AoO.

    Teleportation
    Many powers and rituals allow you to teleport—to
    move instantaneously from one point to another.
    Unless a power or a ritual specifies otherwise, teleportation
    follows these rules.
    TELEPORTATION TELEPORTATION
    ✦ Line of Sight: You have to be able to see your
    destination.
    ✦ No Line of Effect: You can teleport to a place you
    can see even if you don’t have line of effect to it.
    No Opportunity Attacks: Your movement doesn’t
    provoke opportunity attacks.

    ✦ Destination: Your destination must be a space you
    can occupy without squeezing.
    ✦ Instantaneous: When you teleport, you disappear
    from the space you occupy and immediately appear
    in a new space you choose. Creatures, objects, and

    Note: I missplaced the thoughtbow, he should be 1 square into the room, if you want to stay in the main room and not be adjacent to him, let me know.

    The room to the west has four pillars marked in blue (which is why he can't be two squares into the room).The pillars look to be supporting a shallow crystal dome about 10' off of the ground (the room is 20' high). The dome looks like the starry night sky with points of bright light gleaming in the dark stone surface. A circle of soft glowing runes is inscrbed into the ground beneath the dome.

    Standard: Second Wind to regain 18hp and +2 to defenses for 1 turn.
    At the end of Candelos turn he rolls 10 and 14 and is no longer dazed.

    ...Kaddim may not be dazed since I think Sonya goes before Kaddim and Sonya's first action was to grant Kaddim a save at +5 to remove the dazed condition...

    The statue isn't a creature and can't be marked...
    Move: Move west of Karavakos, provoking an AoO which he missed.
