Challen has SATs today so I have to take him to them, then he has a banquet to go to tonight. If I can't find a ride for him home I'll need to pick him up at 11pm (leave around 10 to get downtown by 11). Which will make playing tonight tough.

Can you fill the center square to damage him. If he stays there he'll take damage and if he's not in the center he would potentially get pulled into the vortex and take damage.

Did the 23 points of damage include the extra 1d8 for ending the push next to a soild object?(statue)

Thia will move NE, E to get behind the pillar from the abomination and since I didn't damage the pillar with Twin Strike I will try Biting Volley. If I still can't damage it then someone else will have to try as I can't do more damage than that without a critical.

Hmm... I've been playing the area such that only teleport powers work through the vortex since they don't require LOE.

To my knowledge all other powers do.

Do you still want to use this power if the only PC that will be affected is Miri and she's not that damaged?

No, don't want to use Stand the Fallen. I'll do exactly the same thing, but use Lion's Roar instead and give myself the heal.
