The attack was on Sonya... Kaddim is too far away from the abomination. You need to be within 10 squares of the target to reduce damage. You're mark is still in effect, but you can't reduce damage unless you get closer.

The PC status was almost correct. Kaddim is at 40+15temp hp.

hmmm....okay then, if the pillar is providing me cover from the monster's current position, then I'll use my move action to stow my Waraxe. With cover and full defense, my defenses with a heavy shield should be:
AC 26 (character builder says 25, but that's with the light shield and I have my hvy shield out) + 2 = 28
FO 21 + 2 = 23
RE 18 + 2 = 20 (again + 1 for hvy shield)
WL 22 + 2 = 24
...and for cover, the monster will be at -2 to all his attack rolls against me, effectively making the defenses: 30, 25, 22, and 26.
