...okay, that is way cool. Just think of a room like that, w/o quite so many books, more computer outlets and the delux gaming table we saw at PAX.

Besides the collectibles such as the D&D props they really didn't do much; it is mostly ambiance.
These are all guestimates but they should be close.
Custom bookshelves - $300 - $400
Ceiling - $900
Walls - $1000
Doors - $200
Table - $300
Other than that it is just miscellaneous stuff such as the motion light detector and the knick knacks. The gaming stuff is A LOT of money though, who knows how many thousands of dollars in books.
