    Here are a few places to get the newer, pre-painted, D&D figures. When you buy them normally you have to get them with other figurines in 6 to 8 size packs, some of which are random. However, the secondary market has them for sale in singles, so you can get just the figure you want at significant savings.

    I tried looking for a dragonborn sorcerer, but couldn't find a good one.

    Search Ebay for the word aurak. That is the draconian (from Dragonlance) spellcasting class. There are some for sale there.

    Saw a bunch of singles and twin packs at the Warhammer store, but they wanted some hard coin ($16.00 per pair) and they were unpainted... good quality however.
