The heroes find a castle location of the Cobweb Queen and speak to Crystal the Winter Nymph. They find a hidden shrine to a dark fire elemental god and trade with a mushroom farm run by a mind flayer.

The heroes get transported into a cave full of undead drow and then find an illusionary cave. Enzio gets charmed by a succubus, who attacks the party along with swarms of bats and dozens of rats. The party slay the succubus and drive off the vampire. The heroes then figure out which path leads out of the complex leads to the drow city.

The heroes get transported into a cave full of undead drow which turns out to be the lair of a Drow Vampire and a Succubus. The party defeat a couple sentries and then set fire to the armory. In an illusionary cave, the party battle them, defeating the swarms of bats (that looked like birds) and dozens of rats (which looked like cute animals) and turning the vampire into mist and causing the Succubus to teleport away. They negotiate wtih a drow priestess who tells them the way to the nearby drow city.

Advancing toward the drow city, they meet a patrol of a dozen and a half Trogs and make quick work of them. They then barter with a small group of deep gnomes who tell them how to get to the river crossing. There a huge KuoToa monitor monk ferries the group across the river. The group battles a group of mind flayer slaves and evade a small force of drow. With the help of the deep gnomes, the heroes attack and get past a KuoToa outpost and continue on to the drow city.

Advancing toward the drow city, they are ambushed by a drow patrol of four drow regulars, a minor leader and a drow wizard with a half dozen bugbear scouts. After a tough fight, they dispatch the patrol. They then barter with a small group of deep gnomes who tell them how to get to the river crossing. There a huge KuoToa monitor monk ferries the group across the river.
2021118 - Into the Underdark - Team B - Session 2.2 (14th Lev)

After crossing the river the party meet skirts the territory of the mind flayers and avoids a drow caravan. They reunite with the deep gnomes and skirmish with the KuoToa, attacking the outpost and getting by them and gain passage to the drow tunnels. The group then speak with a trio of escaped Kobald slaves and with the information from them, locate a cave that would be a good place for an extended rest. The group attacks and defeats a greater basilisk and achieve a well deserved rest.
20211203- Into the Underdark - Team B - Session 3 - Cracking the Vault of the Drow (14th Lev)

After a well deserved rest, the heroes continue onward toward the Vault of the Drow. Hearing the sounds of battle, they approach quietly and find a handful of deep dwarves fighting about a dozen large Reptile men and four drow. The heroes engage the drow with Maki downing a pair of Reptile men immediately. The orc spearman charges and downs another Reptile man with Pax taking one down on the spearman's flank. Alyce shouts insults at one, and it is more than his pea brain can take. Pax fires repeated arrows at the Drow Swordmaster battling Souldun and finally scores a fatal hit on the drow. Alyce and Maki each take down a Drow soldier and the orc fighter charges and runs the drow mage through. After a frantic fight, the remaining drow run off. The party fled the battlefield whne a lone drow rushed by. The party had subdued one of the dwarves and after questioning him, let his go. They returned to the seen of the fight and recoved some trade goods and a map to the dead caves. After going to the nearby town of Gravefish and gathering information there, the party negotiated with Shar, a drow wizard of the Star Clan who transported the group directly into the drow city.
20220107- Into the Underdark - Team A - Session 3 - Cracking the Vault of the Drow (14th Lev)
Ross - Kazoo! Rogue Druid; Kobe - Enzio, Human Rogue; Chris - Krizdev Deva Invoker; Steve - Griselda Freemane, Genasi, Barbarian/Swordmage, Everett - Ash Human Wizard
After a well deserved rest, the heroes continue onward toward the Vault of the Drow. Hearing the sounds of battle, they approach quickly and as quietly as possible and find a handful of deep dwarves fighting about a dozen large Reptile men and four drow. The heroes engage the drow with Krizdev taking down three Reptile men and Ash two more. The Drow Swordmaster tears into the Barbairan and the Rogue, wounding them both. Griselda swings back and wwith the help of Kazoo!, they down the elite drow. Meanwhile Enzio battles a pair of Reptile men and engages and downs one of the drwo soldiers. Griselda charges one of the remaining Drow soldiers and stuns herself. The Drow Archmage and remaining two soldiers flee, and after a frantic fight, down the remaining Reptile men. The party fled the battlefield whne a fifth drow rushed by as he was being chased by a purple worm. The party had fled with one of the dwarves and after questioning him, let his go. The rogue returned to the seen of the fight and recoved a map to the dead caves. After going to the nearby town of Gravefish and gathering information there, the party negotiated with Shar, a drow wizard of the Star Clan who could transport them to the drow city. However the group instead elected to serve as guards for a pair of information merchants and were able to pass through the Bronze Gates. After breaching the outter defenses of the Drow city, at a tunnel junction, the heroes parted ways with thier merchant associates, Cyrus and Bert and headed on to the city. Close to the city the party fought off a nuamber of cave frogs with Krizdev easily using the power of Pelor to fry them.
20220121- Into the Underdark - Team A - Session 4 - Across the Flying Bridge (14th Lev)

After entering the Drow city, the heroes are planning on how to get across the flying bridge when they are approached by Cooper the Kobald who tells them his master knows where they are trying to go and his master can help them. Cooper offers to take the party to see the master. The party agrees and meet Orno the Mind Flayer at his home, an old temple, in the city. Orno tells the party that he will help them if they bring back a Silver Fork from The Grand PhooBa Shaar, an Effreeti noble. After a fine meal, the party agrees and Cooper takes them to the tavern that the Grand PhooBa lives under. Going down a long stair, the party find the Grand Phoo Ba seated upon a black obsidian throne with four of his fire bull guards and pools of molten lava in the room. The party, with Alyce as the spokes person, find out that in exchange for the silver fork, he wants the ring claw and ring of Talon, a devil. The heroes agree and after gathering information in the tavern above, decide to attempt thier attack while he is sleeping in his tomb, rather than while he is eating or while he is getting his nails done.
The party easily make it into the tunnel and although they figure out the password, no one speaks the right language so Enzio just disables it After being given some warnings by a messenger of Pelor, the heroes move in but the gate squeaks loudly enough to wake the devil. After a very bbrief fight against Talon, the claw and ring are "in hand". When the party tries to hand the ring to the Grand Phoo Ba, there is a disagreement about a holding fee and when the rogue turns invisible, a fight breaks out and after a brief fight, the Phoo Ba is not so Grand and his fire bulls surrender. With the Silver Fork won, it is returned to Orno.
Orno then tells the group that they'll be slave guards for Trinket, the handless Kobald who travels each day up to the Noble estates to work on a secret weapon. Going to the Blade and Club, they are "randomly" selected to be Trinket's escort for the day. Maki Tojo chooses the noble district for the day's route. Not unexpectedly the group is ambushed by a group of evil dwaves supported by eight large Trogs. During the commotion the dwarf Retriever attempts to snatch the kobald by appearing out of the water under the bridge. Pushing forward, the heroes fight thier way out of the ambush and with the drow guards, the group is cleared by the gatehouse and crosses the flying bridge to the upper level of the city.
Once there, they are taken to a noble house and are led to the basement lab where a gnome named Fickett is working on a large spider like armored machine. A powerful drow mage regenerates Trinket's hands and puts him to work assisting the gnome. The dozen or so drow leave with only two drow remaining. Suddenly, the gnome and kobald activate the machine and with a thunderous blast, stun one of the guards. The gnome yells to block the door and to draw the remaining drow to the far wall. Once the guard is drawn there, the Cannon Golem blasts him and opens a huge hole in the wall. Behind the wall is a cavernous area and before the guards pour through the door, the heroes run through the breach toward the Spider Tower while the kobald and gnome, riding the golem draw the drow off and make thier escape.

They briefly check out the nail salon and decide the three sisters running it seem too powerful.
With Bannor and Souldun moving more quietly than ever before, they make it into the tunnel and Pax manages to disable the warding rune for a few seconds. After being given some warnings by thier patron spirits, the heroes move in with Bannor smartly oils the gate but it still squeaks loudly enough to wake the devil. After not too long a fight against Talon and several of his undead guards and flying skulls, the claw and ring are "in hand" and after a brief discussion with the Grand Phoo Ba about a holding fee, the Silver Fork is returned to Orno.

The blue team attacks from the rear while the red team attacks from the front. During the commotion the dwarf Retriever attempts to snatch the kobald. Athough momentary confused by the blue mage posing as one of the drow guards, the heroes push forward and drive off the dwarves affter downing both mages and a couple of the fighters. With the drow guard captain badly wounded, but alive, the group is cleared by the gatehouse and crosses the flying bridge to the upper level of the city.

20220610 Into the Underdark - Opening the Platinum Egg of Loth - Interlude (15th Lev)

While resting in an Inn, two opposing factions interrupt the heroes dinner. The drow priestess from the Tower of the Spider Queen (Vondrill) with two human priestesses of the drow moon goddess, versus a drow necromancer (Nedlene) with a drow assasin and drow warlock (both disguised as cultists), backed up by a pair of summoned undead and the two real cultists (in plain clothes). Driving off the necromancer and her kin, the heroes agree to help Vondrill regain her ring so that she can assist the party in using the egg against Loth. Tracking the necromancer to a nearby burnt village, the heroes assault a number of cultists who are powering a portal using the souls of children. They dive the cultists off and chase Nedlene into a mine after defeating two more undead guards. The heroes finally corner her and subdue her, and with the help of a kobald shaman, use the ring to open the egg and prepare for the trip to the Demon Web Pits.

The party easily make it into the tunnel and although they figure out the password, no one speaks the right language so Enzio just disables it After being given some warnings by a messenger of Pelor, the heroes move in but the gate squeaks loudly enough to wake the devil. After a very bbrief fight against Talon, the claw and ring are "in hand". When the party tries to hand the ring to the Grand Phoo Ba, there is a disagreement about a holding fee and when the rogue turns invisible, a fight breaks out and after a brief fight, the Phoo Ba is not so Grand and his fire bulls surrender. With the Silver Fork won, it is returned to Orno.
Orno then tells the group that they'll be slave guards for Trinket, the handless Kobald who travels each day up to the Noble estates to work on a secret weapon. Going to the Blade and Club, they are "randomly" selected to be Trinket's escort for the day. Maki Tojo chooses the noble district for the day's route. Not unexpectedly the group is ambushed by a group of evil dwaves supported by eight large Trogs. During the commotion the dwarf Retriever attempts to snatch the kobald by appearing out of the water under the bridge. Pushing forward, the heroes fight thier way out of the ambush and with the drow guards, the group is cleared by the gatehouse and crosses the flying bridge to the upper level of the city.
Once there, they are taken to a noble house and are led to the basement lab where a gnome named Fickett is working on a large spider like armored machine. A powerful drow mage regenerates Trinket's hands and puts him to work assisting the gnome. The dozen or so drow leave with only two drow remaining. Suddenly, the gnome and kobald activate the machine and with a thunderous blast, stun one of the guards. The gnome yells to block the door and to draw the remaining drow to the far wall. Once the guard is drawn there, the Cannon Golem blasts him and opens a huge hole in the wall. Behind the wall is a cavernous area and before the guards pour through the door, the heroes run through the breach toward the Spider Tower while the kobald and gnome, riding the golem draw the drow off and make thier escape.
20220111 Into the Underdark - Team B - Session 4 - Across the Flying Bridge (14th Lev)

After entering the Drow city, the heroes are planning on how to get across the flying bridge when they are approached by Cooper the Kobald who tells them his master knows where they are trying to go and his master can help them. Cooper offers to take the party to see the master. The party agrees and meet Orno the Mind Flayer at his home, an old temple, in the city. Orno tells the party that he will help them if they bring back a Silver Fork from The Grand PhooBa Shaar, an Effreeti noble. After a fine meal, the party agrees and Cooper takes them to the tavern that the Grand PhooBa lives under. Going down a long stair, the party find the Grand Phoo Ba seated upon a black obsidian throne with four of his fire bull guards and pools of molten lava in the room. The Warlord Souldun announces the party and find out that in exchange for the silver fork, he wants the ring claw and ring of Talon, a devil. The heroes agree and decide to attempt thier attack while he is sleeping in his tomb, rather than while he is eating or while he is getting his nails done. They briefly check out the nail salon and decide the three sisters running it seem too powerful.
With Bannor and Souldun moving more quietly than ever before, they make it into the tunnel and Pax manages to disable the warding rune for a few seconds. After not too long a fight against Talon and several of his undead guards and flying skulls, the claw and ring are "in hand" and after a brief discussion with the Grand Phoo Ba about a holding fee, the Silver Fork is returned to Orno.

The blue team attacks from the rear while the red team attacks from the front. During the commotion the dwarf Retriever attempts to snatch the kobald. Athough momentary confused by the blue mage posing as one of the drow guards, the heroes push forward and drive off the dwarves affter downing both mages and a couple of the fighters. With the drow guard captain badly wounded, but alive, the group is cleared by the gatehouse and crosses the flying bridge to the upper level of the city.

The two warlords and the swordmage bar and secure the door from the squad of oncomming drow guards. Bannor and Mantis push the drow over to the far wall when the Cannon Golem blasts the wall away! Behind the wall is a cavernous area and before the guards pour through the door, the heroes run through the breach toward the Spider Tower while the kobald and gnome, riding the golem draw the drow off and make thier escape.

20220610 Into the Underdark - Opening the Platinum Egg of Loth - Interlude (15th Lev)

While resting in an Inn, two opposing factions interrupt the heroes dinner. The drow priestess from the Tower of the Spider Queen (Vondrill) with two human priestesses of the drow moon goddess, versus a drow necromancer (Nedlene) with a drow assasin and drow warlock (both disguised as cultists), backed up by a pair of summoned undead and the two real cultists (in plain clothes). Driving off the necromancer and her kin, the heroes agree to help Vondrill regain her ring so that she can assist the party in using the egg against Loth. Tracking the necromancer to a nearby burnt village, the heroes assault a number of cultists who are powering a portal using the souls of children. They dive the cultists off and chase Nedlene into a mine after defeating two more undead guards. The heroes finally corner her and subdue her, and with the help of a kobald shaman, use the ring to open the egg and prepare for the trip to the Demon Web Pits.
