Buffy universe Magic item creation

Per Brad, Ember is now limited to 1 specific magic item per level.
So at 15th I can only make 15 different items.

For Ember she will be taking 4 slots:
Staff of Ruin
Defensive Staff
Shimmering Armor
Raven Cloak

Ashe requested:
Sun Sword

That leaves 10 slots for others to fight over.

Brad, you said I get a new item slot each level. Can I retrain one slot each level?

Also, Ember has some extra magic items she is not using which she's willing to donate to Gravin with so few items (if he's going to continue playing).

These will both be very useful for him:
Gauntlets of Blood (L4)
Belt of Blood (L10)

Sure, but it'll be instead of retraining a feat, skill, or power. Should be plenty...

Gravin won't be playing in the near future. He will be heading back to college for the rest of the semester. He did express an interest in playing though when he gets back in the area around June.
