Correct and sort of. The door is currently blocked and Blade took a surprise round, then I rolled initiative. The Vamp was 1st, you were 2nd, Blade is 3rd.

Thanks. Telgarth rolls a '17' for his save and must use his last unlock (which I believe is everybody now?)

Both sides should get to go in the surprise round. All of the PCs should get a standard action, not just Blade.
If they didn't detect Blade before he went then they were surprised and don't get to act.
The PCs were definetly aware of the NPCs and I didn't think they detected the PCs...

If its Angels turn and we don't get a surprise round I'll:
Minor: Draw shuriken.
Standard: RBA, throw shuriken at the one north of Blade.
Move: use Lion's Den movement and shift 1SE.

Angel is the second fastest to react to the spell and 29 hit, impressively sending a shiriken clear through the body squarely through the heart, and takes a mortal wound but does not fall. He then shifts.

I need you all to work with me on the maps. I'm trying to post a map roughly every other PC's turn. A map was posted exactly 2 actions ago. I'm not going to post them more frequently than that as it is a cumbersome process.

I believe the "dead" vampires still block movement. Someone will have to dust it before we can get into the room.

Yes, they do. I ruled the other way initially, but you all made convincing arguments that was a bad call and I agreed. We switched the ruling after that. We'll say that one time was some tertiary affect of the Orpheus drug.
PCs cannot go through a 'dead' but not dusted Vampire's square. They are still special case up with single move actions only until they regenerate or extended rest.

Telgarth's last action was to move into the room.

Uh, oh... Big whoops! I'm not sure why we were waiting on Telgarth, I think it's because he posted first, but...

So far we had a surprise round (where Blade 'killed' a Vamp), then top of the order where a Vamp attacked Blade and Angel 'killed' the Vamp back. All the other discussion got us all off I think.
Anyway, Blade's first regular turn, then Ember... and not Telgarth for a while. Sorry about that! :-/
Here's the last map again (reposted) as a refresher so you don't have to go looking so far back...
The only difference is that the Vamp at the door is 'dead' and Angel shifted SE1.

LS would require an attack roll. Blade finishes off the 'dead' Vamp next to him with a coup de grace. Any move or minor actions?

Blade shifts N 1 after he dusts a dead Vamp.
That wasn't a Vamp, but a little 3' tall stone looking staue of a spearman, but you 12+6=18 v ref hit for 16 fire damage. (Ouch!)

The other 'dead' Vamp moves adjacent to Blade's NE
The Gaurdian W of the door stabs forward with his spear at Blade and 11+9=20, hit, for 8 hps and Blade is marked.
The Gaurdian to the E moves N 2 and 5+9=14 misses, as his little spear telescopes out into incredible reach!, but misses.
The 2 still alive captives are furiously working on their bonds, which you think will take them another couple rounds or so.
Ashe's turn, then Telgarth (who NOW must use final unlock!)
