+ 13 vs. AC for 2d12+6. Effect - Candelos gets to use a healing surge and adds an additional + 5 hits (my Cha modifier).

If that's what you meant and since Miri's taken her turn, it is now Kaddim's turn and if Miri missed the harpy, it's probably pretty safe to assume that Kaddim will take his turn as posted. If Miri downed the harpy, then Kaddim has quite a few more options.
