    From the rules:

    Grenade: This weapon is thrown into a target square within range.
    At the beginning of your next turn the grenade explodes, dealing damage to all targets within the blast range (DC 15 dexterity save for half damage).

    As written, they seem almost useless in combat.
    You throw a grenade, then before your next turn, all targets move out of the radius.

    One change to make them usable would be to:
    * Use a free action to pull the pin/activate it (not something they actually mention)
    * Ready an action to throw it (has to be something that will trigger or you'll be holding it when it goes off at the start of your next turn...)

    With this change you'll basically be throwing them every other round...
