    I checking to see if I'm reading it right...

    * The Ma'Tok is a single target attack. (Even though it has Plasma Blast in the title, it's not a blast attack)

    * Damage is 3d6+dexMod fire damage.

    * All creatures adjacent to the target (but not the target) need to make a dc10 dex save or fall prone.

    * The weapon has a recharge of 1, so it can only be used every other round. Can a PC pull out a sidearm after the attack, next round fire the sidearm, then use a free action to put the sidearm away and fire the staff again?

    * Range 3m/60m,
    **A target 2-3 meters away is a normal attack
    **A target 1m away (adjacent) is at disadvantage since the attack is ranged and the user would have to make a dc10 dex save or fall prone due to the 'Shockwave' side effect.
    ** A target 4m-60m is at disadvantage since that is 'long' range

    Yes, I think you got that right on all accounts.
    I didn't see rules for which weapons are 1-handed or 2-handed.
    Will submit a bug.
