Tomb of the Lizard King - Adventure Logs

After thinking about it a bit, it is going to be very difficult, if not impossible for me to get two different groups of five players together on three different nights per group.  I'd still like to run the Tomb of the Lizard King mini-series two times, once for the "experienced" players and again for the "newer" players but I'm now thinking that I need some flexibility.  Here's a thought... I'll designate one small group as "Veteran" and one small group as "Newer" and also have two players "Flex Players" that I'll allow to play in BOTH groups to fill in for absent players.  Of course, if a Flex Player is playing a segment for their second time, I'd expect them to lay back a bit with regard to making key decisions; .e.g. "No No No, don't go down that hallway, because there's a bunch of guards there and no treasure." or "Hit the leader with the whip, he has weak AC and the whip stuns so we have to take him out ASAP!".  I'd also expect the Flex Players to play a different PC if they are playing a segment for a second time.  

To reward the other DM's with more playing opportunities, I was going to suggest that Ross, Ken and Kobe (since he could often join at the last minute if needed) be the "Flex Players".

Ibuki, Chris, Mick and Arthur would be the "Veterans"
Brendon, Vic, Art, and Steve would be the "Newer Players"

I'll be able to play more once the kids get back to school.

Seems fine to me. If we are still having trouble getting games set up with this plan I could be back up flex player since I can almost always be there and like playing

For the second group for Sakatha's Tomb, it will be Steve Leland, Art Jury, Vic Bloomfield, Brendon Kenny, and Chris Wilson (if he can make it). I'm extending notice to Ross and Ken, since they DM the most, to have an 11th Level PC available (different than your other PC doing Sakatha's Tomb) in case the second team needs an additional party member.
