    If a PC could manifest both firesoul and stormsoul at the same time, would their attacks do 2fire+2lightning?

    Or is it one or the other?


    Shocking Flame

    Paragon Tier
    Prerequisite: 11th level, Genasi

    Benefit: When manifesting firesoul or stormsoul, your melee attacks deal an extra 2 fire damage or an extra 2 lightning damage, respectively.

    At 21st level, the extra damage increases to 4.

    Nevermind...

    I tried it in the Character Builder on an epic PC and it says:
    +4 to damage rolls when manifesting firesoul or strormsoul - Shocking Flame.

    I guess they don't stack.

    But it should be good against resistance. Probably not to many things that have lightning and fire resist.

    True, but it would take two feats to accomplish (Extra Manifestation and Dual Manifestation).

    Pretty costly feat wise for no damage increase.
