You can only put 200 lbs of stuff in the bag so only one of the guys can go in unless you have multiple bags of holding.

    Anyways...

The PCs easily make it down the side of the pyramid and into the forest. As you make your way to the beach you look back and can see other inhabitants of the pyramid start to make their way down.

When you get to the beach the sailors there ask if everything is ok. They say they just saw you leave a few moments ago, then heard a loud crash and the pyramid appeared.

Though the PCs spend a week or more inside the pyramid it seems that only a few moments passed outside the pyramid.

After a few hours the ship is ready to set sail. As you sail off you notice that the pyramid is has vanished. If the PCs had tried to take an extended rest on the pyramid, the PCs may not have been able to get off of the pyramid in time...

During the ride back to Abby Island Miri is able to raise both Kaddim and Candelos.

Candelos notices right away that Vyrellis is no where to be found. The shards of her lifeforce are also gone.

Kaddim notices that the orange orb he was carrying is warm to the touch. You also notice that the orb has four stars on it that always seem to point in the same direction no matter how you orient the orb (kinda like a compass that points north, except that the orb is pointing SE). The orb had the stars before, but they didn't act like a compass before. Sister Camille whom the party spoke with before the adventure believes that the orange orb is a Dragon Orb.

Each of the PCs may advance to 10th level.

Once back at Abbey Island the sisters thank you for taking up the quest and reward each of you (each PC has items/gold of an 11th level PC).

A large banquet is held in your honor and you are asked to recount your adventures many times.

About a week later Sister Camille tells Kaddim that the third legend is probably closer to the truth. After further research it is believed that:

    1. Each Dragon Orb can locate the next higher Orb.
    2. The last Dragon Orb can be used to locate the first.
    3. There are six other Dragon Orbs similar to this one.
    4. Bringing all 7 together will somehow grant untold riches. (this part the scribes are unsure of...)

Now that the "4 Star" Dragon Orb is free of the Pyramid, who ever has the "3 Star" may come looking for it. Rolling Eyes

If anyone has any questions, let me know...

The next adventure I run will probably revolve around the Dragon Orbs, but I'm not sure if it should be paragon or epic.

I vote for Paragon so we can use the same characters, or at least characters of this level if there are others who have characters left over from the BoM series or if we finish the WAR! series (unlikely) before you run your next one.

If Epic, then I move to have new characters of 20th level (or at least give the players the choice to advance the one from this adventure or make a new one). I would feel short changed if I had to advance Sonya suddenly to 20th w/o getting a chance to play her during levels 10 to 19th.

Fun campaign! Thanks for all the work you did running it! I would love to play Miri more... especially after 11th, when she can really use her longsword abilities.

Collecting all of the Dragon Orbs sounds like fun. Plus, it's a setting where other players can join/leave for encounter(s) should Kevin, Ibuki, etc. want to join us for a while...

Paragon, while you're running it, you can be thinking of something else for Epic! Very Happy
