The Coat of Arnd - up for sale?

Brad, Durel has the Coat of Arnd currently.
I'm planning abandoning this PC and would expect you would want this item to continue to be used by another PC in the campaign. I believe David had the most interest in it but will leave it up to you how much he should pay for it (if he still wants it). Others like Trevor and Chris can use it too. Maybe an auction? Up to you.

100GP (I just spent all my money from last adventure getting an arm item) but I do have a +1 Razer Scalemale and a +2 magic scalemale that I wouldn't use if I got the armor.

sounds fair but I'll leave the final decision up to Brad.

If any PC can bid on this, Whey is interested and will bid:

While in the courtyard of Corona Keep, out of earshot of any other PC's, Whey addresses Sean:
"Good Sir, we've been on a few adventures together and I know you to be an agressive swordsman. I respect your skills, but it seems that the Dragonborn Paladin is wanting to sell something we both could use. I see that your offer includes a set of very fine (+2) Scale armor which would still be better than what I have at present. Perhaps I might yield further bids for the Coat of Arnd if you were to sell me your current Scale armor at a substantial discount; of course I would give you my current suit of lesser armor to help meet the Dragonborn's needs... I might even be open to extending you a loan for a short time. What say you Sir Sean?"

OOC: Oops, I missed this post somehow, Oh well, a week late is better then nothing.

IC: Still in the courtyard talking alone with Whey, "I have given my offer to the Dragonborn but I have not heard officially nor unofficially his thoughts on the offer. Because I am low on gold I think the +2 Scalemale is the best item in my offer. If the Dragonborn isn't interested in armor but Gold I think we can reach a suitable agreement. I think we need to pursue this thought with the Dragonborn and hear his thinking for I don't know which way he is leaning."

Mick, I'm fine with either PC buying the Coat since they are both likely to play a lot. Decide which is the best deal & go ahead & take it.

Upon hearing from Sean and Whey of Durel's intent to sell the Coat of Arnd, Reptis becomes concerned and seeks out Durel.

"I have heard you will most likely not be aiding King Komodo in the defense of his kingdom. I can understand, as I am not sure his attempt to unify the dragons and dragonborn will be successful, but I do have an interest in aiding him as his goal is not that different from my own. I also believe that we were chosen by fate when we discovered that armor, and one of us should wear it to come to the aid of our kin."

Reptis' bid is now 1,100 Gold Coins and Black Iron scale armor (+1).

I think something weird happened when I transferred him to the Player Creator, and he ended up with more money that he really had. I went back and found a character sheet and am using that value instead now.

I think Reptis needs to be audited by Lord Corona on charges of minting his own currency.

Reptis would be the likely choice.
He had the highest GP value bid and he is a dragonborn.
