A new Millenium...

I have not sarted I have been a little busy with other games and I have been debating since day one what character I want to bring.

With PHB2 that just came out (got my copy last night) how quickly will they update the character builder? I am now starting to lean towards makeing an avenger but you said you needed a character builder so I am assuming by hand is out.

Hopefully third time is a charm here, is Thursday SET IN STONE or will the day be moving in this campaign? Also I assume 9PM start is set as the official start time always or am I wrong?

No day is set in stone, but Thursday is the day I have the greatest probablility of running a session on a semi-regular basis. I could probably schedule a few longer sessions for Friday evenings, but I usually watch movies/play games with the kids.

Saturdays could work, but I didn't want to conflict with in-person games.

Sorry, until the Character Builder supports PHB2 PC, they're not allowed. It'll probably be mid next month when they're added.

You could select a valid PC now and when the class you want becomes available, you can switch. You might want to stick to the same party role though, it'll be easier on the party.

Mickey, the Orc Chief in the mock battle wasn't showing up because I forgot to make him visible to players.

Guess I'll need to keep an eye on that.

Why did I see him earlier? Then he disappeared.

I used the same picture for the orc minions and the orc chief. You probably saw the minions.

I think I'll create a separate thread in the general area for MapTools Q&A and another in this forum for adventure Q&A.

Can our PC's purchase more items with the gold they have?

There are several shops on Abby island that sell non-magical items. Just let me know and I'll add it to your character summary or you can update your character in Character Builder and send me the saved output.

The only magical items available are a few (5) healing potions.

Will buy all 5 if nobody else wants them.

I would like at least 1 of the healing potions.

Are tanglefoot bags magical (& are they available?) If so, she'd also like to buy 2 7th level tanglefoot bags with her gold.

By non-magical items I was thinking about normal equipment that isn't on the character sheet.

Although not magical, Tanglefoot bags are considered Alchemical items and are special equipment. Like poisons, smoke sticks, and others.

Characters will have the ability to acquire special or magical items very soon...

Stu, is Sonya half-elven or half-eladrin? I think they would both count as half-elf, but in case it matters... I need to know.
