Stargate Beta team: 6/29 pre session update

After the battle with the plant creatures Beta team flees SE with Dea (Omega team Shaman|Warlord) guiding them. After roughly 10 minutes and no sign of pursuit, they take a 5 minute rest.

During the 5min rest, Dea tell the party the following:
1. Her memory is a bit hazy from before she was "transformed". She was a human from Terran, but now she is some sort of plant creature. She has dark green/brown skin and what looks like pine branches/needles for hair.

2. She remembers the battle with the plant creatures being very short as her team was only level 12.

3. She remembers fleeing with a party member Jase (the Rogue) and being surrounded by some sort of plant/wolf hybrid. The next thing she remembers after that was spending about a week in a small grove to the south. There were five plant creatures who looked similar to what she looks like now. She couldn't communicate with them and wasn't able to get much information from them. She left in the night to look for her team members.

4. She's been on her own here for about a week and a half. Staying near the gate, but far enough away to not be spotted by the guardians of the gate or wandering patrols.

NOTE:
Omega team was reported missing about 2 days ago. Beta team went in to search for them on the third day...

5. Dea noticed that after she awoke in her new form, she has gained knowledge and abilities she didn't have before. (ie she leveled up quite a bit...) She was level 12 before her mission, after a bit of sparing with a few Beta team members, she out classed all them...

Notes:
Beta team went through the gate 5 minutes after Alpha team
The battle with the plant creatures took 1 minute
Beta team fled for 10 minutes, then took a 5 minute rest.

Some kind of time distortion between worlds? 5 to 1?

Team thru the gate? I wasn't on the adventure so a fuzzy on timeline.

Yes, there is obviously some sort of time distortion between the two worlds... I think it might be quite a bit greater than five to one.

Omega team, which Dea was part of, went on a mission to a dense jungle world and missed several checkins.

Alpha team went to a "lightly forested" world to do recon.

Beta team went to the same world as Omega team to look for them.
As soon as the gate opened, two creatures that looked like Omega team members exited the gate. One creature turned on some type of a force field, the other started the timer on a nuclear device.

After a couple of rounds, the party couldn't get past the force field and noticed the timer getting close to zero so fled through the gate.

Once on the other side of the gate, they were attacked by plant creature. The plant creatures were difficult to hit, hit fairly easily, and did pretty good damage (ie the party is level 15 and the plant creatures are several levels higher...)

After a few rounds of battle, Dea showed up and urged the party to flee.

So Beta team never made it to the planet where Omega went?
Are they on the same planet as Alpha now?
What plant did the nuke explode on?

The human adventurers in the StarGate campaign are from Terran.

The first planet they went to was Q'uqum and the SGC uses it as a staging planet. All off world missions start from there and the Terran gate only dials that gate.

From Q'uqum:
The Omega team went to (P0D-4CM 12-4-34-3-13-8 ), only Dea has been found alive. Jase's body hasn't been found, the other members bodies were bound to trees at the gate, where the plant creatures were feeding on. Beta team managed to recover the corpses.

Alpha team went to (P2L-8EH 15-20-25-29-38-5 ) and is still there. At the end of the adventure, Alpha team was thinking of going to meet up with Beta team.

Beta team went to (P0D-4CM 12-4-34-3-13-8 ) and is still there.

The bomb was detonated on Q'uqum, no one currently knows the status of Q'uqum...
