Since they pretty much only made things to order, any WIP (work in process) since they used customer work orders and they had down payments, can be claimed by the customer. In reality, the customers who were in the backlog are probably out of luck and what few items they do have left in inventory will likely be sold off as just one huge lot in a bankruptcy auction.
