Axis and Allies - January 2016 - Allies Surrender

Looking at the board, it appears that the Axis currently holds eight victory cities on the European Map and as such at the start of an Axis turn (Japan) the Axis will win. The Russians (the only Allied turn before the next Axis power goes) cannot retake any of the eight victory cites. If this indeed the situation, the Allies hereby surrender.

So the Axis need 8 total counting their capitals? Its not 8 in addition to their capitals?

good game, we accidentally had a good stratagy. It would still be fun to do that big naval battle but better to start anew.... Thanks for hosting. Jury's vs Teramoto clan....
