S2 (west one)
Move: move south

Standard: attack Thia with Crushing Blow
CB 27 vs Ac hits for 13hp of damage. Thia is knocked prone

S3 (by the stairs)
No action that you can detect...


Karavakos' turn:
Standard: use Clutch of Death on Kaddim
CoD 22 vs Ref hits for 21hp of cold&necrotic damage. Kaddim is grabbed.





Sonya's turn, then it looks like the Skulls go...

Standard: Charge the close skeleton even though the pillar will get a chance to grab me.
Minor: Make untrained knowledge check
Free: "Hey, that skeleton hit Thia from 10 feet away! Since we can't reach the skulls except with ranged attacks, concentrate on the West Skeleton and if you can, the west skull."

Note: I've color coded the skulls and the skeletons, there a thin colored halo around them.

Skull's turn:
Green Skull
Move: move near the stairs, still 20' off the ground

Standard: cast fireball (area burst 3) catching Thia, Sonya, Candelos, and Miri.
Note: the skeleton was in the blast radius, but the flames didn't seem to envelop him...

FB vs Thia 18 vs Ref miss, Thia takes 6hp of fire damage
FB vs Sonya 28 vs Ref hits for 12hp of fire damage
FB vs Candelos 23 vs Ref hits for 12hp of fire damage

No, that was my fault... I moved you east instead of west.

Option 1, you can stay to the east

Option 2, you can be in the west and I'll redo the NPC turns.

Hmm, everything pretty much turns out the same except Candelos gets hit by the second skeleton instead of Thia and the fireballs hit all 5 PCs instead of each only getting 4.


Redoing the turn from where Kaddim moved...

Kaddim's turn:
Move: move North and west

Standard: Use Lightning Lure on the Skeleton
LL 22 vs Fort hits for 12hp of lightning damage.

Minor: mark the Skeleton


Skeleton's turn
Green Skeleton:
Standard: use Crushing Blow on Kaddim
CB 23 vs Ac miss

Move: shift 1N


Red Skeleton:
Move: move near Candelos

Standard: use Crushing Blow on Candelos

Candelos is currently prone and Sonya is to your NE


You can tell that the fire from the fireballs did not enter the squares where the skeletons were...

Hmmm...I wouldn't charge the red skeleton if he was within range of one move. I'd move up to him, and then use a power. Bastion of Defense seems like a good one, not many times all of my allies are going to be within range to get the extra to all defenses. At the time of my turn, I wasn't very wounded (yet) so I wouldn't have used a healing strike on my self.

Also, at the time of my (new) turn, Kaddim was - 21 so I would have used my minor action to heal him (IW) and if a save can end the immobilize then I'd give him a save, else, get him back to max.

Hmm, I wanted to keep things as close the the original sequence as possible.... The description for Karavakos also states that he'll burn his action point and blast with an area spell at the first opportunity. I didn't use it in the second go round since he didn't in the first even tough more PCs are in range.


Kaddim knows that what is affecting him is a spectral hand that is physically grabbing him (a save won't get rid of it...).

Sonya can use a minor action to heal Kaddim.

Yeah, might as well use IW to heal Kaddim, if a surge isn't enough to get him back to max, give the bonus toward hits rather than a save, since the save won't help.

standard action: cast 'Stinking Cloud' on the SW corner of the yellow Giant Skeleton (burst 2, can I center it 10' up so the burst is 3 dimensional?)

move action: shift 1 sq S

minor action: activate 'blade warding' for +1 defenses

free action: "I don't like this room! Everything I have today is fire or poison..."

done.

Sonya uses a minor action to use Inspiring Word on Kaddim. Kaddim uses a healing surge and regains 19+8hp.

Miri's turn:
Standard: cast Stinking cloud on the SW corner of the yellow skeleton. It is not affected by the poison, but you do block his line of sight.

Move: shift 1S

Minor: Activate Blade warding for +1 to Ac and Ref

Thia uses an interrupt to use Disruptive Strike on the green skull.

DS 25-2 (cover) vs Ac hits for 22hp of damage. The -8 penalty to the attack on Thia turns it into a miss so Thia took 6hp of damage from the fireball instead of 12 (half damage on a miss...).

Miri put up a Stinking Cloud that blocks line of sight. You can shoot it, but your attacks will be at -5 (concealment) and -2 for cover from the pillars.
