And you can then use Versatile Master at level 11 and get it as an at will.
Eldritch blast is another favorite for people to grab as it can be used as an at will as well and targets ref if I remember correctly.

Yes, as Chris said.
It can be used as a MBA 1/encounter.
If you took Versatile Master, then you can use it as much as you wanted.
Some people take Virtuous Strike or Eldritch Strike as a dilettante power along with Melee Training. Then at 11th swap out Melee Training for Versatile Master.
