    If Kaddim lured the undead to be directly west of himself, opening a path for Candelos, I'll act as follows:
    Standard - Inspiring War Cry on the only target in range. Give the save to Candelos.

    I think Miri's next, but could we get an updated map so I can see where everything is? Are the Ghosts out of sight now, or only cover? They're in the walls, right?

    One of the "ghosts" moved into a wall out of sight, the other is east of Thia.

    move action: move 1 W + 2 N + 1 E (+1 more E if I can still see everyone through the door)
    free action: "Hang in there Thia, more help is coming once the boys finish off the bloodied undead..."

    It looks like Candelos is dazed.
    Candelos will move N,N,NW,W,SW. That should put him NE of Sonja
    Use AP
    Attack wounded undead to my SE and get the flanking bonus with Kaddim
    using Piercing Strike and possibly marking the adjacent 2 undead.

    Action Point: (Candelos heals 9hp for using AP with Sonya around)
    Standard: use Piercing Smite
    PS 20+2 vs Ref hits for 20hp of damage. The undead and ghost are now marked by Candelos.

    Candelos doesn't have any conditions on him so you can give the save to Thia or Kaddim who are both immobilized.

    ...tough call. Thia is in trouble if she doesn't move, but Kaddim might be able to finish off the bloodied guy if he can move...

    Looks like the save goes to Thia.

    I believe at the time that Sonya gave Thia the save she was only immobilized so it should go to that one.

    Yeah, I can only counter the immobilize because Thia was not weakened at the time.

    I don't want to attack and take 2 AoOs. I don't believe that anyone can do anything but Thia will delay until after Sonya, Miri, and Candelos to see if they can either move one of the undead or remove the immobilized.

    Sonya, if you take out the teetering Undead, and tell me about the rats coming, Miri can attack the rats & get rid of their obnoxious aura damage... Otherwise, I'll attack the teetering guy if he's still there on my turn.

    Free: "Miri, Kaddim and I will try to take this one down, there are some rats approaching from the SW around the corner."
    Standard: I wanna make sure we put this one down...Hammer and Anvil on the Undead that's almost down. Give the free basic attack to Kaddim in case I miss.
    Minor: IW on Thia, I'll let her decide if she wants to save against one of her conditions or if she wants the bonus hit points.

    Candelos could push it up to 5 squares, it would have it the wall after 2.

    Candelos stated that he was going to push it SW and was aiming for the wall.
    after 3 it would be in the wall to the SW
    after 4 it would be through the corner and visible
    at 5 it would be through the wall again.

    Since Candelos didn't know it would phase through the wall I ruled that the push would be 3 (enough to hit the wall) or 5 (max distance) would. Either way it is out of sight, though the push of 5 would be pretty funny for the PCs to see.

    Thia will take the extra 2D6 HP and go after Sonya since Miri probably won't change anything for Thia.

    I will try to take out the rats since I am weakened anyways.

    I think it would have gotten pushed 5.
    I don't think he has control of the distance. It 5 or until it hits a wall to stop it.

    Or until you loose LOS, I'd guess.

    Their longsword attack is their basic melee attack... Their special recharge is the one that does more damage and heals them.

    Are the Ghosts healing too, or have we just not hit them at all? They're going to be obnoxious to finish off if they can heal and escape through walls...

    Yes, the party noticed that they had regeneration at the start of the battle... They also take 1/2 damage from attacks since they are incorporeal.

    Kaddim's turn: (assuming you want to use Lightning Lure on the ghostly figure 3 squares NW)

    Standard: use Lightning Lure
    LL 33 vs Fort (critical) hit for 15+1+11hp of damage (it doesn't look like he took full damage). Kaddim pulls the ghostly figure adjacent to him.

    At the end of Kaddim's turn he rolls a 7 and remains immobilized (though it doesn't seem to be affecting him much...)

    In 4.0 you need a feat to allow force damage to ignore incorporeal. All damage they take is halved (except ongoing, I believe any extra damage gets added to the total then divided).
