The area is magically lit, no light source is needed.

It doesn't let you look around corners... If you were in the hall this is what you'd see...

After Thia goes the NPCs go (you guys had really high initiative...)

I'm currently displaying Candelos in the hallway so you can see, but he is really one square to the east.



Csndelos can see three creatures advancing from the south and can detect two more coming around the corner from the north. It looks like they are affected by the difficult terrain and are moving slowly.

I don't think anyones readied actions kick in yet since you can't see them. Kaddim is currently delaying. How long do you want to delay?

If Kaddim doesn't go, then back to the top of the order with Miri, Candelos, then Kaddim.

I'll go now.

Move: in the square between Candelos and Sonya.
Standard: Lightning Lure on the thing that looks like a Grick. If I it I will pull him to the square in front of Candelos.
Minor: Mark the Grick with my Aegis.

After moving north of Candelos, the creature is 4 squares away, just out of range of your Lightning Lure.

Do you want to move SW or take a different Standard/Minor action?

I don't have enough movement to go SW of Candelos, do I? Now why is Candelos showing in the wrong spot, or is it that the map just isn't updated?

If I can't move SW of Candelos I will just move North of him and Ready Action to use a Lightning Lure on the first enemy to come into range.

Maptools wasn't showing anything S unless Ken moved the token.

MapTools shows LOS from the center of the tokens. I had to move Candelos into the hallway so that you could see the creatures (4E determines LOS from a corner of a token). LOS from the center was blocked by the wall to the south.

Kaddim can move 5 squares to get west of Candelos, then can move 1 north or south. So yes, you can move SW of Candelos.

Do you want to move SW and use Lightning Lure?

Actually, I think I can hit the creature from the spot Candelos's token is at. Are you sure I can move there though? I thought the red area was difficult terrain. If it is then I don't think I can make it.

Sorry, you're correct. I fogot Candelos is standing in difficult terrain.

N of Candelos with a readied action it is.

Kaddim's turn:
Move: move N of Candelos
Standard: ready an action to use Lightning Lure on an enemy that approaches

Minor: activate shielding (+1 AC, +3 if you didn't also have a staff in your other hand)
