Once the Charnel Lord is defeated and the party takes an extended rest, each PC will advance to 8th level.

Please post what updates you'd like to make to your characters.

From 7th to 8th you get:
Two ability score increases
One feat
Optional replacement of one power/feat

Thia will increase Dex and Wis to 20
Thia will take Lethal Hunter (HQ turns from D6 - D8)
Thia will replace Toughness feat with Distant Advantage feat. Distant Advantage allows me to gain flanking bonus when 2 of my allies are flanking an opponent.

I was probably playing her wrong but I never used the multiclass Rogue stuff. Not sure if there was someplace that you were going with it but I never used light blades in combat with her since she does so much more damage with the bow.

EDIT
OK, I remember thinking about this before and it dawned on me then that you had taken rogue to get the Thievery skill. I changed the feat that I am retraining to toughness. The 5 HP hurts but my AC grew a bit and hopefully you won't take away my ability to shift any more.

Yea, I was just about to post that removing the Multi-class feat would reduce your Thievery skill and you're the only one that has that trained.

Note: Thia's "build" was based off of Battlefield Archer

When I was over with Ross checking out the Feats I noted very similar things to what Duskblade did in his feats section. It looks like this build really starts to shine around 11th level when I could get the Battlefield Archer paragon class.

I am trying to remember what Darkfire Targeting did as I thought it said you needed an implement. I've asked Ross to send me the feat description. All the other dark blues of his I have.

Your not a Drow, so you can't have Darkfire Targeting

Darkfire Targeting
Heroic Tier
Prerequisite: Drow ranger or drow rogue
Benefit: Whenever you deal Sneak Attack or Hunter’s Quarry damage to the target of your darkfire power, the attack deals extra damage equal to your Wisdom modifier.

Miri will add the feat 'arcane reserves' at 8th and increase Int & Cha +1. (I know, she should add +1 Con, but I just can't play a female character with a 12 Cha. Next ability increase adds to all abilities and she'll have Cha14, which is minimally acceptable...)

I have level up info for Miri, Sonya, and Thia.

I still need info for Candelos, Quinn, and Kaddim.

Default adds for those chars are:
Quinn
+1 Str/Wis
Feat Novis Power (swapping Sudden Surge for Strengthen the Faithful)

Kaddim
+1 Int/Con
Feat Versatile Resistance

Candelos
+1 Str/Con
Feat Weapon Focus (Heavy Blade)

Just a thought, you may want to look at Focused Expertise instead of Weapon Expertise.

Weapon Expertise only works with weapon attacks.
Implement Expertise only works with implement powers.

Focused Expertise works with both, but you are tied to a specific type of weapon (ie longsword), instead of a group of weapons you could use.

White Lotus Hindrance looks interesting.

Again, anyone want any items made during our rest? So far only Kaddim has spoken up, except for Miri who would like an item, but can't craft it until we divy up the treasure we found so far since she is lacking the necessary funds.

And from now on, Miri will volunteer to hold any treasure we find, with the understanding that every extended rest, every item & all gold will be dusted & then apportioned out to the party...

I don't think we should dust everything during an X-rest. You never know when a particular item might be needed. How about we just dust enough items to create requested items, or would that be too confusing?

After the extended rest Quinn still isn't feeling 100%, but is about the same as the day before.

Candelos is feeling a bit worse. Very irritable and very little patience...

Anyone have Heal skill trained? I have a 4 in it, and can attempt to assist, or just try to treat them. Might behoove us to take another extended rest to see if we can get them feeling better.

TREAT DISEASE
Make a Heal check to treat a character suffering from a disease. Chapter 3 of the Dungeon Master’s Guide has more information about disease.
Treat Disease: Part of the diseased character’s extended rest. You must attend the character periodically throughout the extended rest, and you make your Heal check when the rest ends.
Replaces Endurance: Your Heal check result determines the disease’s effects if the result is higher than the diseased character’s Endurance check result.

Sorry, I only have a 2 in Healing. Yeah, Quinn likely has a sickness of some sort.

The amulet is pretty good and can be used by anyone that doesn't already have a neck slot item, who can use it?

Will the armor improve anyone's AC? If so I'd say they can use it. Sonya can't use it.

I don't think anyone uses a Bastard Sword, I think we can dust that. The horn is only of marginal value but due to it's special quality I think we should carry it until we're out of the dungeon. The rest we should just split up...

The Amulet of Mental Resolve +2 we can use, so someone should be wearing this. level 7 2,600gp.

Dwarven chain armor +3, no one can use this (I think), so I say dust it. level 12 item worth 13,000gp.

Might be useful to wake everyone up instantly. I think our lightest sleeper should hold this. Either that or Quinn, since he seems most likely to get into trouble & need to call the rest of us quickly.

Gold value of jewelry + gold = 2,100gp.

2,600gp + 13,000gp + 4,200gp + (2,100/5= 1,050gp) = 20,850gp worth of residuum, if I have Ken's conversion correct. That would give us 3,475 each in residuum to craft items. Sound good to everyone?

2 water rooms already, any water walking items anyone wants me to craft for them? We might as well be as well equipped as possible.

Ferrence's sword is silver. I think the metal would convert 1:1 instead of 1:5 like a magic item would.

You can add 500gp to the total of residuum.

...I say we dust the sword last, a silver sword might be needed later. If this were a Stuart DM'ing adventure, I know that I would keep every single item found because most items found (that are not from a wish list) prove to be useful (and sometimes key) in later encounters.

Again, dust the sword only if we really need to in order to make an item.
