    Dang, I don't want to waste either. I will go ahead and HQ and Twin Strike this round since I probably need a 20 to hit. Next round I will do the HQ Biting Volley and AP twin strike.

    Move Action: Attempt to escape.
    Standard Action: If I escaped, use "Lion's Roar" to strike CL for 2W+5 damage and give myself and Healing Surge +4 points.
    Standard Action: If I did not escape, use my standard action as a move action to attempt to escape again.
    Minor Action: If I did not use Lion's Roar, then use Inspiring Word to heal myself. If I did use Lion's Roar, then use Inspiring Word to heal the most wounded party member.

    Standard: Attempt to break free using Athletics check 19+9=28 success (barely...)
    Minor: Use last Inspiring Word +3hp, Sonya heals 17hp and uses a healing surge.

    Sonya is currently at 33/56hp with 3/9 surges

    Note: CL is still prone and meleers have combat advantage

    Wasn't sure since you had combat advantage for melee attacks.


    Kaddim uses swordburst 22 vs Ref hits for 12hp
    The Charnel Lord is now bloodied.
    At the end of Kaddim turn he makes his save vs ongoing damage (rolled a 20).

    These are my auto actions;
    1W damage for all enemies near me (thats a nice military stance)
    Reaping Strike, even if I miss I do 4 points of damage.
    Get free if I am tangled
    Try to help others adjacent to me get free (will let DM decide if this is possible)

    ...before Sonya's next turn, I'd like a status of how damaged everyone is.

    I have two daily powers, one that lets everyone use a healing surge (but that will be Thia's last one) and a different one that gives everyone temporary hits.

    Free Action: say "Miri and Candelos, if you can, help me hit this thing, I'm winding up to take a really big swing. How wounded is everyone? Candelos, you may want to shift over toward Thia, she might need you to lay (your) hands (on her)."

    Anyone else have a way to improve my chances of hitting with my daily 3W swing?

    If I'm between the creature and Miri then shouldn't she get a +2 concealment from the burst attack?

    p281 of the PHB states that concealment only applies to melee and ranged attacks. Bursts and Blasts are not affected.

    After Candelos, Miri will try to magic missle the Charnal Lord. That's it, but if it hits her with something by only a little bit, since she drew out her sword in her off hand last round, she'll use 'swordmage warding' to increase her defenses and avoid the attack.
    Free action: "Can anyone cast something to lower it's defenses? I can't hit this thing!"

    I doubt that Candelos will do anything to affect Sonya's turn...
    He might try "Aid Another", but that's about the only thing that would affect me and I'd still do the same thing...

    Standard Action: Stand the Fallen - Str vs AC + 11 for 3d12+5 (may be modified if anyone in the group gave me an extra plus to hit)
    Effect: Every party member gets to spend a healing surge and gains an additional + 4 hit points (except Sonya)
    Minor Action: Looks like I forgot to attempt my Save last turn. If I missed my save, use Shake it Off to give myself a save at +4. If I made my save last turn, use Shake it Off to give Kaddim a save at +4.

    End of my turn, if I'm still taking on-going, make a save.

    Done... well, waiting for Candelos...

    At the end of Miri's turn she failed her save vs ongoing damage (rolled an 8 )

    Hmm, since the armor resisted the damage, I don't think CL can heal? Sad

    Almost Thia again and I will HQ and Hunters Bear Trap since it deals damage on a miss. The slowing is pretty wasted.

    I doubt HQ works on the half damage since it does say if you hit with an attack. Also, I did read that I don't need to keep saying HQ since it sticks on the last person unless I defeat the opponent or I designate a new quarry.

    Note: Miri missed her save at the end of her turn, but made it on the subsequent turn. Miri took 10hp of necrotic damage before overcoming it's affects. (I'm not sure if the ongoing effect ends if the creature dies...)
