    ...a two and a half hour one time seminar meant for women and girls (age 12 and up, younger, please contact the instructor) who have no prior martial arts experience.

    Cost is $39.00 and I am an unpaid, volunteer instructor. You can sign up at the Kim's TaeKwonDo of Rainier Valley website (RainierValleyTaeKwonDo.com).

    The head instructor is Master Jeanie Ahn, a ten time women's Grand Champion fighter, a 5th degree black belt, and owner of the Rainier Valley Kim's TaeKwonDo and the Queen Anne Kim's TaeKwonDo. I'll be the lead male assistant instructor which means Master Ahn will talk and then throw me on the floor a lot. Hahaha...
