This Rogue Power has been helpful for some of my PC's:

You blend into your surroundings.
At-Will        Martial
Immediate Interrupt      Personal

Prerequisite: You must have training in Stealth.
Trigger: You are hidden and lose cover or concealment against an enemy.
Effect: You make a Stealth check. If your check beats the triggering enemy’s passive Perception, you remain hidden from it, and until the end of your next turn you can remain hidden from it without needing any cover or concealment.

This is a good power, almost a must have for a Rogue.

What happens if the enemy stops in your square? You use the power and remain hidden, but are now sharing a square with an enemy.

Does the rogue have to drop prone? I'm hesitant to give them a free shift since that's not part of the power.

If multiple enemies are searching and the second one attempts to move into the square in the same round, the rogue will be found since the power is an interrupt.

Still it'll work 95% of the time.

Hmmm... I think the power is assuming that the enemies are looking for the Rogue by using their perception skills. I think this power works best if the Rogue is on the perimeter of the battle area, not right in the midst of the action. On the perimeter, there will a much smaller chance of a monster moving into the PC's square.

I'd say that if an enemy attempted to move into the hidden PC's square, then the enemy knows what square the Rogue is in. The enemy and the PC cannot end the turn with both the enemy and the PC standing in the same square.

I think they just can't move into your Square, but you would remain hidden. The opponent would realize what Square you're in though. Basically you would be invisible (-5 to hit) to that opponent, but if you moved from that square he would have no idea you were not there.

A move reaction would be great in this case. The opponent with think you're in the Square and you can move out of it. Then he would be swinging at nothing maybe for several rounds because he thinks you're there.
Of course on his next move he could attempt to walk into the Square again and see if you're there
