July Game!!! Buffy Verse 12 July Saturday - 6 PM

Okay, after spending a whole week just watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Brad is dying to run an adventure.  What day works for people?

Friday 11th
Sat 12th
Friday 18th
Sat 19th (no for Stu - TKD tournament)
Friday 25th
Sat 26th

My first choice is Saturday July 12th! Let's "Make it So"!

I can do that evening but I have a family dinner, so I wouldn't be there until 8:30p.

Sat the 12th works for me. Fridays are bad, unless someone wants to pick me up @ Lake City at 7:30pm & start late...

20th level, but try to have your "epic destiny" known for 21st... Items of 19th or lower can be made by Ember's department of WR&H. Higher level items are possible through Mr Gold, but only if roleplayed. (He'll want more than gold & residuum, he'll also want favors...)

If we can play this weekend, I'll have a prequel/set up for the adventure in a few days... probably Thursday afternoon.

Post Script: I wasn't just watching Buffy, I was also watching the Clone Wars, but yeah, watching the show made me want to get back to the campaign... Sorry about the hiatus, & looking forward to playing again! :-)

Brad, if you want to come over and prep for the adventure, that's totally cool. Just let me know.

I am a possible for the 12th, especially if it is late. Will know more in the next day or two.

Hmmm...this coming weekend is best for me. Seeing how Fridays are tough for Brad, I'm think we go ahead and make it a go for this Saturday. We can start early and others can join in as they arrive. Don't have to play until 2 AM. Just the normal good preparation and keep the action going thing...

We'll start at 6 PM, even if it's just me, Brad, Ken and Kobe... others can join in as they get there. Brad, if you want to come over early, let me know. I may be in Queen Anne about 12:30 PM on Saturday.

staggered start can work. Yes, coming over early is good for me. I can be there Sat early afternoon, or Friday after around 9:30pm... Cool! Glad we're playing! prequel may not be up until tomorrow morning... :-/

I can't make today as my wife is headed out and I am watching the boys. I could bring them I suppose but it sounds like it is going to be a late night if we started at 9:30.

No. The game is tomorrow. I was just planning on heading over to Stu's a day early to hang out, etc.

Slayer vision dream...

A stunningly beautiful female voice is calling to the Slayers... you see a brief glimpse of her blueish green face then lose her again... You then see Mara, back on the Moon before you rescued her, plotting with her friends... "The teacher said tonight's ritual will do it", one said, "we'll have the power to defeat the Vampires!" "I'm still not sure we can trust him", Mara piped in... fast forward and the 6 of them are deep in a ritual trance, chanting... the 5 women, including Mara, on each point of a pentacle, the 6th, a Tiefling young man, standing in the middle... Suddenly the Tiefling starts screaming, arms & legs shriveling up, flesh starting to fall off his face & bones. Then his spine starts to grow... "At last!" he screams, then smiles at the frightened women and then the Bone Naga swims into a portal & disappears... You then see a very upset Mara run off to the spot where the Slayers found (& rescued) her...


Morning comes, and the Slayers meet at the coffee shop under renovation, "Cuppa Joes". His shop was riddled with bullets earlier when a rogue band of Toknosfar tried to assassinate Mara. (The Slayers then learned of a prophesy about her the start of the Vampire war known as "the Great Harvest" that they were trying to prevent) WR&H represented Mr Cuppa, and Blade's legal department (magically) 'found' a quadruple indemnity clause in his insurance contract, and he used that money to repair his shop as well as buy the vacant lot next door to start a community garden for troubled youths. The Slayers committed to help with the ground breaking work party that started to run late into the evening...
